Smooth ride Amazing view - The boat is smooth ride. The view is amazing. Just enough details about the area shared by crew. Plenty of outside seating.

Fantastic & Relaxing Cruise - Fantastic relaxing cruise that gives you great views of Elliot Bay. They play soft background music as you cruise and explain some significant sites. Would highly recommend.

Great Sunset Views but more narration would have made it more interesting and advantageiou - The cruise was beautiful, with amazing sunset views for pictures. My only advice would be to have more narration of the sites we passed. It could have been more interesting and advantageous to have a better understanding of the sites.

A nice relaxing tour.... - A nice relaxing tour. Beverages and snacks are sold. Restrooms available. I wish there was some more talking about what we were seeing. But all and all good views.

Not the most interesting or comfortable tour - Not the most interesting or comfortable tour The guide didn’t have much to say and the trip spent too much time in the commercial port. We took the 6:30 boat but the day was a bit hazy so we could only see the shadow of the mountains The boat was not that small but it rocked forward and back a lot

There are better options - I’m not sure who this cruise would appeal to. It was marketed as good for locals who want a minimally narrated experience, but there was an awful lot of narration, maybe not enough for a tourist though. I’d say if you’re a tourist, opt for a fully narrated tour. If you’re a local looking for some views, just walk onto the Bainbridge Island ferry and grab a drink in town. You’ll save a bunch of money and probably have a better time. I’ve been on an Argosy cruise before and recalled it being pretty nice! This boat, however, was run down, the interior was poorly maintained (the ceiling was falling apart and just looked gross), and it wasn't fully cleaned between groups. It was also VERY crowded. There wasn’t enough room to even stand outside and the seating was crammed together. Washington State Ferries are better maintained and less crowded, so seriously consider saving some money and doing that instead! Despite its shortcomings, I did have fun. There were good cocktails and friendly staff, but I wouldn't recommend it based on value and other options nearby.

overpriced and underwhelming - Did the summer views cruise. Overall an okay experience. Boat had no AC inside, was pretty hot sitting inside down under and they ran out of sitting spots on the top deck of the boat. Tour didn’t feel like it was worth the price. also the “summer views” cruise made it seem like you would get the sunset, but it ends way before the actual sunset. not sure why they don’t just push the time back so you’d actually get a sunset cruise.

Why force us to go to two piers to get a ticket - I have mobility issues and was not able to make it to the pier to convert my voucher into a ticket. I would like to say it is RIDICULOUS that you force us to go to one pier in order to convert the voucher into a ticket. Then go to another pier for the tour. With my mobility issues I was not able to make it to the second per in time for the tour. So basically I'm quite dissatisfied with this tour.
