Great Views, Great Guide - Beautiful views, and John was an excellent guide. Note that the hike is moderate and about two hours; you will break a sweat, but a reasonably fit person should be okay. doing it.

Trail more difficult than describeded - The hike was tougher than described. People should be warned that most of it is rocky, lots of tree roots, slippery gravel spots as well as slippery wet areas to navigate. I had to navigate these things very carefully and watch my footing all along the way. I have broken my elbow, ankle, ribs in the last few years and am very concerned about any more falls and this was not an easy hike. Also very hilly. Tour guide did not wait for us older folks to be sure we made the correct choices where there were forks in the path either. It was a bit more than what we bargained for.

Great morning hike with beautiful landscapes! - Lovely hike through Olallie state park and then a short drive to Snoqualmie falls. The trail is moderate - there were some areas that were a bit steep and muddy but overall it's totally doable with sports trainers/sneakers - although our hike was on a lovely summer's day with no rain so it might be different depending on the weather. Our guide John was friendly and had some interesting facts about the trees and about Seattle. It can feel a bit rushed because of time constraints but it was a great way to spend half a day!

The trail is well... - The trail is well traveled and there lots of hikers with us this day. Terrain is gorgeous! However, the level of difficulty was definitely more intense than advertised. for a healthy 67 year old women, It was quite steep all the way to the top and “rigorous” might be a good word. Many hikers had walking sticks which would have helped. Still, worth the work for the views.

Tourist trap without reliable water over the falls. - There are some times when there isn't even any water going over this falls. It is a tourist trap. Very expensive and crowded restaurant nearby. Totally manufactured experience. Avoid if possible.
