Fast, Efficient travel to Victoria - The ferry is a fast, efficient way to get from Seattle to Victoria. Check-in took less than 2 minutes, then sat in the waiting room until time to board. Boarding was quick, easy to find your seat. The staff was great. The attendants will take your order and bring food/drinks right to your seat. Seats were very comfortable. Had a tray to set my book on, plenty of room to store my backpack next to me. I was able to relax and enjoy the ride. The views were fantastic. The ride was smooth and seemed like we were in Victoria in no time. Short walk from the pier into town.

Ferry Seattle to Victoria - Wonderful and fun way to travel from Seattle to Victoria. Easy check in at Seattle terminal and easy to follow departure instructions when getting off ferry in Victoria. The caption explained sights along the way and even pointed out a pod of whales, slowed down so we could take pictures. Fun trip

Great way to travel! - Booking online was easy, and the trip was comfortable. Ok food options on board. Staff is friendly. We took a roundtrip from Seattle to Victoria to spend a few days on Vancouver island. We were in economy, so didn't necessarily have the best views, but were able to go outside on the top deck to watch the Puget Sound sail by. My kids loved it too. We booked the area of economy with the tables, and the legroom was a little tight, but we got to sit together as a family, play cards, and eat.

Good Service - Efficient, good service. We were able to visit Victoria from Seattle on a ferry ride that took about 3 hours. We were able to include various sightseeing activities (food tour, Butchart Gardens) with our ferry ticket which was convenient, since it was our first time visiting Victoria.

Easy comfortable car-free transit to Victoria - I live in Seattle and wanted a car-free trip to Victoria. From home, I took a bus and walked to Pier 69 where the FRS Clipper ships depart. Very early start to the day. It's an 8am departure but they ask people to arrive at 7AM. I wasn't quite that early, maybe 7:15AM. The check-in experience was easy. It felt like airline travel - assigned seats, different classes of seats, option to check bags, long wait between requested arrival time and departure time. * On the boat, there are self-serve luggage racks in the center. Easy and free. I chose the econpan class seat so that I could have a window seat. Watching the scenery was entertaining and I had lots of space as solo traveler because no one was in the aisle seat. * Nice benefit of paying for Clipper is leaving from downtown Seattle, cushy seats, and they manage the customs process. We were given paper forms and pencils so we could fill everything out before the boat docked. Because we went through customs as a group, it was quick with only the boat travelers in the lines.

Smooth and easy travel between Seattle and Victoria - We actually took the ferry in both directions: Seattle to Victoria and then four days later took it back to Seattle. We had very smooth water both ways, no issues with seasickness at all. The boat was clean and the seats were comfortable. There is a full snack bar available as well. Boarding in Seattle was quick and easy, but the waiting room in Victoria is bare and kind of reminded us of a prison, no comfortable chairs to sit in and very stark room. But overall, this is a very convenient way to travel between Seattle and Victoria whether for a day or several days.

Ferry to Victoria Cancelled - In January, we booked/paid for seats in April on the ferry from Seattle to Victoria to begin a 2 week vacation. Today, four days before our departure, we were informed by email that the ferry voyage has been canceled. Now I am scrambling to figure out how to get from Seattle to Victoria. Flights on airlines are running *three* times as much as our ferry tickets. This is a very expensive nightmare.
