An unforgettable family experience in Cairo - We took this family excursion with a 9 year old and an 18 month old baby. It was a busy day, of course, but we knew it in advance – and it was definitely worth it. We leave with unforgettable images and memories: a real life experience. Our children enjoyed the day and were even able to rest in the car during the trips between the different sites. The driver, Mostafa, drove with great caution despite the chaotic traffic of Cairo. Our young guide, Islam, has been excellent: always polite, attentive to our safety and comfort, and anxious to meet our expectations as best we can. He adapted the program to make the day more enjoyable for us and the children, paying special attention to their needs and patiently answering our son’s many questions. The private tour is well worth the price: without this level of comfort and flexibility, such a trip with children would have been much more difficult. The local agency Nice Tours stayed in regular contact with us throughout the day, which made us feel safe from start to finish. Many thanks for this wonderful experience. We highly recommend, even for families with young children!

Amazing trip and amazing guide - Our trip to the pyramids in Cairo from Sharm was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was very well organised, which made the long journey smooth and stress-free. The transport, timing, and overall planning were excellent, and we always felt well looked after. A special thank you to our guide, Doha, who was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Doha explained everything clearly and shared lots of interesting facts about the pyramids and Egyptian history, which really brought the visit to life. Seeing the pyramids in person was unforgettable, and the whole day ran perfectly thanks to the great organisation and our fantastic guide. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Sharm — it was truly a highlight of our holiday.

Amazing Experience! - Our day trip to Cairo was truly unforgettable, and it was all thanks to our incredible guide, Doha, and our wonderful driver, Mohammed. Doha made our entire day so special and memorable. Her deep knowledge of Egyptian history brought every site to life in such a meaningful way. She didn’t just explain facts — she told stories with passion and heart, helping us truly understand and appreciate the rich history and culture around us. Beyond her knowledge, Doha was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. She showed us genuine care and what felt like true love for both her country and for us as her guests. She made a lasting impression on us that we will never forget. Mohammed was equally amazing. He was always prompt, professional, and made us feel safe throughout the day. The ride was extremely smooth and comfortable, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the experience without any stress. We are so thankful to both Doha and Mohammed for making our Cairo experience so seamless and unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through such a special day. Cairo - Thanks to our guide Hager Hayman, who was incredibly skilled and very knowledgeable. She took photos of us and guided us on the discovery of the pyramids and the museum. The lunch was fantastic, and everything was perfectly organized. She was also great with our two children—one of them is 5 years old—and was truly kind and attentive. I highly recommend it.

A real review, instead of the good one forced to write - We were asked to write a positive review before the trip was even finished, so keep that in mind when reading other reviews of NiceTours. This review is written honestly the day after the trip. Communication: Communication before the trip was good. We received quick responses to questions about visas, drivers, and logistics. On the return trip to the hotel there was some confusion between multiple drivers on WhatsApp, including miscommunication about flight times, which caused drivers to arrive at incorrect times. In the end we only had to wait about five minutes after landing, and once we connected to Wi-Fi they responded quickly, so the issue was resolved fairly efficiently. Trip: We booked the trip to see the Pyramids and the GEM Museum. Since the GEM Museum closes at 3 PM, the pyramid visit felt somewhat rushed in order to still make it to the museum. I'd ask to swap these to allow for more time at both. After the scheduled visits we were also taken to three markets, which were not part of the original program. Some were interesting to see, others less. As expected they were focused on selling products, but the vendors were friendly and not overly pushy. Lunch was at a local restaurant around 4 PM, so it’s a good idea to bring snacks to last until then. The food itself was excellent and very authentic. After lunch we were taken on a boat ride on the Nile, which was also not listed in the program. Two people in our group didn’t enjoy it because they were cold and hadn’t signed up for it, but I personally liked the experience. Guide: Our guide, Dalia, was friendly and had a good sense of humor. At times she was a bit difficult to understand, or she would explain things to individuals rather than the whole group. Because the schedule was tight, there wasn’t always time to ask her to repeat things, so some information was lost. We also didn't get a lot of historical information, which was a real pitty. She did a good job keeping the day organized. However, she could sometimes be a bit pushy about taking typical tourist photos or joining optional activities (like the boat ride), even when some people had already declined. Overall, I still enjoyed the experience. It’s impressive how much we managed to see in a single day including a flight. However, parts of the trip felt a bit disorganized and slightly amateurish. That said, I don’t have other tour experiences in Egypt to compare it with.

Tricked by tour guide, no real support by nice tours - Organization with flight, driver, pick up at hotel was good and the pyramides were great as well, unfortunately i feel tricked for several reasons. I boiged the tour in german, but afterwards nice tozrs wrote that german tozr guide would cost an additional 100 eur. My guide had no ticked for the museum and bought only one for me, so no tour guide in the museum. Instead of going to the bazar tvey brought me to a parfum selling company, pure tourist selling spot. But what i am most angry - at the pyramides i wanted to go inside, the tour guide jasmin said only for 40 eur extra for the small pyramid. I gave her the money, but i saw no ticket control, that made me suspicious. I asked nice tours afterwards and they confirmed (and also online you see) that the small pyramides are for free!!!! When i toled nice tours the story they said first that also ticked for small pyrmamides, i said them thats not correct and they ssid they follow up internally.....nothing heard aftoer one week....
