Following that, a lunch and exploration session in the deserted town of Jerome will be provided. Subsequently, in Sedona, you’ll have the chance to browse the art galleries and stores in Tlaquepaque. We loved our day with Bob touring around Sedona + area - We had never taken a private tour before until we decided to take a tour of Sedona. We arranged to take this tour the first full day we were there to get a feel for what there was to do, ask for recommendations for restaurants from someone who really knows our tastes, get hiking recommendations from someone who could identify what we were looking for and where to park!! Bob was a good driver and arranged a full day of amazing sites and stories in and about Sedona and the area. We also went to Jerome and saw the abandoned copper mines, and the Paleo-Indian high ridge dwellings, now abandoned, called Tuzigoot Nat'l Monument. This was an excellent way to kick off our vacation. We highly recommend Bob!

Awesome. Highly recommend. - We loved this tour. Our guide Marc was awesome and extremely knowledgeable of the area. We got to see so many awesome places and he was very patient and accomodating to two hobbled (semi) old ladies. We had a blast and definitely recommend this tour.

Sedona in a day - What a great way to enjoy the beautiful sights in Sedona in one day. Marc was a wonderful guide, sharing interesting history and fun facts about the area. We were very happy we had the chance to explore Sedona with someone who truly appreciates the beauty and tranquillity of the area.

Must do - Marc was amazing, and funny….we had a fantastic day. Nice car, provided water and snacks. Really enjoyed hiking the airport vortex and the delicious lunch at the Grand Jerome Hotel. Excellent time, highly recommend!

A great way to tour Sedona - My wife and I were only in Sedona for a couple of days so a half day private tour was the perfect way to experience the area. Our driver, Scott, was great. He took us to all of the locations we had in mind and suggested a few others that we hadn’t thought of. In addition, he knows everything about the area and was extremely personable; we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
The SUV used during the trip was perfect for getting to the locations with water and snacks being provided. What a wonderful tour!

Sedona in a Day - The guide Marc was informative and personable. Wonderful stories. A pleasant drive down the valley to the north of town started the tour. Beautiful red rock formations everywhere, cultural remains including Montezuma’s Castle and Well and the church built into the rock. A tour of the ghost town of Jerome including a nice lunch. Just a great day to see the Sedona area in one day.

Wonderful Experience - Our guide, Bob, was a wealth of knowledge of the Sedona area. He knew where and most importantly when to take us to the areas that we wanted to see. He was not only professional and polite, but he also KNOWS his business. We were very happy with Bob and the Full-Day Private Luxury Car Tour!
I highly recommend this tour to anyone in the Sedona, AZ area who would like to really get to know the history of the area and see the sites.

Disappointed with First Class Charter Tour – Poor Customer Service - I was really excited about my private tour with First Class Charter Tour, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience, especially for the amount of money they charge. That didn’t happen.
📍 What went wrong?
❌ They arrived an hour late with zero communication.
❌ When I addressed the issue after the tour, they were dismissive and unprofessional.
❌ Instead of apologizing or offering a small goodwill gesture, they blamed me.
❌ They even suggested that because I tipped the guide, I must have been happy—completely ignoring the frustration and wasted time.
📍 What would have made it right?
✅ Owning up to their mistake.
✅ A sincere apology and better communication.
✅ A small refund or credit as a sign of goodwill.
I’ve traveled a lot, and I know things don’t always go perfectly. But how a company handles mistakes says everything—and this one failed. I cannot recommend them. Book with a company that values its customers.
