Powerfully motivating - We had a wonderful 1/2 day experience on a Honda ATV. Sedona Off-road allowed us to truly see and feel the power of the magnificent red rock scenery. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the helpful hints about trail options was invaluable. Thank you!

Amazing experience - will definitely book again! - We had an amazing experience with renting an ATV from Sedona Off-Road Center! We were able to get a last minute booking while we had family visiting us. Jon was fantastic - super friendly, explained everything well, and gave us great tips on the best trails to check out. We were able to do both the Outlaw Trail and most of Schnebly Hill including a hike around merry-go-round rock with a half-day booking. We will definitely book with them again in the future!

Graduation gift for my son was a great experience! - First let me start off by saying the staff was great. Our first experience and they were very helpful in recommending trails that would appeal to all of us. Amazing views along both trails, couldn't stop taking pictures! This was on my son's "must do" list for his graduation trip and we are so happy that we made it happen. Definitely recommend it and can't wait to come back again and hit different trails! First-time UTV Experience in Sedona - My sisters and I were a last minute walk-in, not quite certain what to expect/what kind of experience we wanted and a little unsure about venturing out on a self-guided tour. The sales guy at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful and reassuring. He offered great recommendations about vehicle selection and trails to take for the time we had available (we did Outlaw and then Diamondback Gulch). Within 30min of walking in, we were on our way to the trails in one of their brand new vehicles with an easy to follow, detailed map and helpful tracking app. We had so much fun and laughed a lot! The trail descriptions were accurate, the views were amazing and we got to stop midway for a short tour of the Honanki Ruins. Highly recommend!

Horrible - We recently rented an ATV through this company and were appalled by how they handled a tire issue that occurred during normal off-road use (it was a trail they recommended we go on first to get used to the vehicle). While coming down from the the trail, we got a flat tire from a rock. We called them and they came to fix it. Then, when we returned it, we were hit with a $400 charge for both the tire and the rim. This wasn't due to reckless driving--just standard off-roading on terrain the vehicles are designed for. If a rental company can't factor tire maintenance into their business model, they have no business renting off-road vehicles in the first place. To add to our frustration, this rental was facilitated through the Hyatt Regency, and we will be contacting their management to express our dissatisfaction. A resort of that caliber should not be associated with businesses that push liability for worn-out equipment onto their guests. Rent at your own risk--inspect everything, document the condition of the tires, and be prepared to be charged for wear and tear that should be the company's responsibility.
