Incredible experience! - This was our first time in a helicopter and we were so glad we did it. We felt very safe & well taken care of! Everything was professional from start to finish. The pilot Robbie was so great— kind, knowledgeable & was pointing out landmarks along the way. One of the best ways to see Sedona. Absolutely incredible experience!! I did feel a bit motion sick halfway in and was glad I took some dramamine right before. After we got out, the woman who drove us back to the main building was so caring as she gave me a ginger candy when I told her I was feeling a bit motion sick. They gave us waters & complimentary drinks too which was a plus too! Awesome people and company. Definitely recommend!

Best part of the trip! - The flight was 30-45 minutes. Excellent service. Sedona is so much more spectacular from the air. I would definitely do it again.

Great Heli Experience - Wonderful experience with Guidance Air. Smooth check-in process. Staff was friendly and very professional. Our pilot (I am kicking myself for forgetting his name) had 20+ years of experience and it showed. It was a windy day for our flight. Our pilot was able to make adjustments on the fly to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. My wife is fearful of flying and he was very understanding and reassuring. We felt perfectly safe in his care. Absolutely a highlight of our trip.

Exhilarating Experience! The best way to experience Sedona's Red Rock Vista! - Sunday morning we headed to Guidance Air in Sedona, (named the #2 Helicopter Tour in the nation by USA Today) to do the “Cathedral Tour”. We were promptly greeted by Kyle, Stacy and Steven, who discreetly weighed us in and provided a safety video. We took a short van ride to the tarmac where we were securely buckled in and provided with headphones. Our pilot, Jake, gave us an eagle’s eye view of Sedona’s famous red rock formations, including Anasazi cliff dwellings. Jake talked to us about what we were looking at and we learned about the rich natural history of the area. When Jake spotted a herd of elk resting in the Coconino National Forest, he did a 360 degree turn so we could get a better look. There were 6 of us on board the Bell 407 helicopter, and we all had amazing views. The highlight of the flight was when we flew through “the slot” and I asked him to do a dip! Everyone gasped as their heartbeat quickened. It was thrilling! Jake’s skills as a narrator and pilot will be remembered long after his perfect landing in the circle visible through the window below my seat next to him.

Beautiful views - Awesome ride and scenery thru the red rocks. First time on a helicopter and will definitely do it again. Seeing the red rocks from above gives a whole different perspective to the beauty of the area.

An impressive result - The 30-35 min helicopter flight over Sedona, the famous sights and the adjacent canyons left an overwhelming impression on us. The excellent pilot Robert and the other staff at Guidance Air were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was sitting in the front seat next to the pilot and was able to take excellent video shots with the GoPro camera, which we remember. But the most beautiful memory stays in the memory forever...Thank you! We can only recommend this sightseeing flight.
