• Bell Rock - Optional: one of 20 places to choose from. Spend 20 minutes on the south side to explore the geology, films shot there, and features on Courthouse Butte, Castle, and Bell Rock. Additionally, spend an hour on the north side hiking around the lower bench of Bell Rock and visiting a nurturing tree, known as the Fountain of Youth and for clearing family discordant energies.
• Cathedral Rock - Cathedral Rock Creekbed #1 - Optional: one of 20 places to choose from. Back O Beyond Rd leads to the adventure of expanding in a Sedona Vortex. Options include 20 minutes in the creek bed for cleansing energy, listening to the water, and/or meditating on the Red Rocks for inspiration, release, and creation. Time is determined by guests’ interest and fitness.
• Sedona Spirit Journeys - Optional pickup in the Uptown area of Sedona. This is our storefront supporting over 50 to 80 local Sedona and Native Americans. Visit to see if there’s something to enhance your Sedona experience.
• Jordan Road - Jordan Rd Historical Museum - Optional: one of 20 places to choose from. Spend 45 to 120 minutes exploring the Jordan family homestead and farm, rich with history from the late 1800s to the 1950s. Features an old telegraph station and family history. A significant part of Sedona’s history with great views of Wilson Mountain and rock features. Hidden in the Uptown area. Optional short drive through the mouth of Oak Creek Canyon – Historical 1st Church.
• Boynton Canyon Trail - Boynton Canyon – Optional: one of 20 places to choose from. Spend 30 to 120 minutes balancing masculine and feminine energies in the shadow of the Kachina Women and Warrior Rocks in the Vista of the Vortex in Boynton Canyon. Spend 20 to 60 minutes around the parking lot to the Vista / Deadmans Pass Trailhead. Balance energies in the mouth of the Boynton Canyon Vortex. Life balancing and meditative.
• Teacup Trail - SugarLoaf – Optional: one of 20 places to choose from. Spend 30-60 minutes in the “Heart” of Sedona’s energies. Clear heart wounds that hold you back and explore what’s in your heart about moving forward. Add more self-love to your journey. Very powerful feminine energies.
• Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park - Buddhist Stupa - Optional: one of 20 places to choose from. Spend 30-60 minutes connecting to the Buddha of Enlightenment at the Peace Park of Sedona. A meditative area for expanding compassion worldwide. If adding Medicine Wheel Teachings and/or Ceremony, add another 45 to 120 minutes.

Walk through nature on the trail to the first bench, noticing vegetation, soil, heart rock, and Vortex trees. Connect to the sacred red rock energies by sitting or lying on the bench, and/or meditating on the Red Rocks for inspiration, release, and creation. • Thunder Mountain Trailhead - Thunder Mountain Trail - Optional: one of 20 places to choose from. Spend 30 to 120 minutes connecting to your voice and speaking your truth. • Sedona - Medicine Wheel / Labyrinth – Optional: one of 20 places to choose from. Spend 1 to 3 hours discussing the differences. Teachings, processes, and a ceremony depending on the time. Referred to as the Sacred Walk (or Hoop) of Life in a Lakota Medicine Wheel. Walk the 7-layer labyrinth meditatively if 3 hours. A leader will guide you through each aspect of your life journeys.
