Muscat City Tour - Half Day (4 Hours)

Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque - Departing from the hotel at approximately 8:30 AM, the tour will take you through the beautiful city of Muscat, starting with a visit to the Grand Mosque. This mosque features one of the largest single-piece handmade Iranian carpets in the world, weighing 21 tons and accommodating up to 20,000 worshippers.

Royal Opera House - Next, the tour will drive through the ministries and the Royal Opera House area, a leading arts and culture organization in Oman. The Opera House aims to be a center of excellence in global cultural engagement. A visit to Qurum Beach for a photo stop follows.

Muttrah - The tour continues to Muttrah Souk, one of the oldest marketplaces in Oman, dating back two hundred years, where various souvenirs can be found.

Al Alam Palace - The next stop is Al Alam Palace, the official palace of His Majesty.

Al Jalali Fort - The itinerary includes a photo stop at the two Portuguese forts, Al Jalali and Al Mirani. These forts offer impressive exploration opportunities and numerous photo opportunities.

Muscat - Before concluding the tour, there will be a stop at the Parliament for a photo opportunity, capturing memorable moments in Muscat.

Bimmah Sinkhole - Fins Beach - Wadi Shab - Ras Al Hadd

Bimmah Sinkhole - Departing Muscat at approximately 8:30 AM, the first stop is Bimmah Sinkhole, a large crater near the sea with a small lake at the bottom, believed to have been created by a meteor.

Fins Beach - The next stop is Fins Beach, known for its strikingly white, pebbly shores and incredibly blue waters.

Wadi Shab - The tour continues to Wadi Shab, a vast canyon gorge lined with palm trees. After a 35-minute hike, visitors reach crystal-clear water pools, where they can swim through warm waters to a crevice cave with a small waterfall. Sunlight filtering in turns the water a beautiful turquoise blue.

Wadi Tiwi - A photo stop at Wadi Tiwi, named after the Tiwi village, offers a lush, green landscape different from other wadis.

Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve - The tour proceeds to the hotel in Ras Al Hadd, with an optional evening turtle-watching experience not included in the total price.

Sur - Dhow Factory - Wadi Bani Khalid - Wahiba Sand Desert - Sunset

Sur - After breakfast, the tour departs for Sur, showcasing the city with its old fortresses and the famous Arabian Dhow Factory, where traditional wooden Dhows are built.

Wadi Bani Khalid - The tour continues to Omani Ghazal Farm in Al Kamel, then to Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman’s largest and most beautiful wadis, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking.

Wahiba Sands - In the late afternoon, the tour heads to a desert camp in Wahiba Sands, offering relaxation or an adventurous 4×4 drive in the sand dunes, followed by a stunning desert sunset and dinner at the camp.

Sunrise - Nizwa Fort - Nizwa Souk - Birkat AL Mouz - Irrigation System of Al Kattmyn - Jebel Akhdar

Wahiba Sands - Early morning sunrise viewing from the dunes is followed by breakfast and an 8:30 AM departure from Wahiba Sand Desert, with photo stops in the dunes.

Nizwa Fort Oman - The tour then heads to Nizwa, the former capital of Oman, home to the famous Nizwa Fort, offering splendid views of the ancient town and surrounding mountains.

Nizwa Souk - A visit to Nizwa Souk allows for browsing and purchasing Omani silver crafts and other handmade items.

Birkat Al Mouz - The tour proceeds to Birkat Al Mouz, a unique village nestled into a mountain face.

Aflaj Irrigation Systems of Oman - The Irrigation system of Al Kattmyn, one of the five Irrigation Systems of Oman added to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list in 2006, is also visited.

Jebel Akhdar - The next stop is Jebel Akhdar, or the Green Mountain, part of the Al Hajar Mountains range, rising to 2,980 meters and encompassing the Saiq Plateau at 2,000 meters above sea level. After lunch, the tour continues to the hotel.

Al Hamra Old Village - Bait Safa Museum - Misfah Al Arbyeen - Jebel Shams

Al Hamra - After breakfast, the tour visits Al Hamra Old Village.

Misfah Al Abryeen - The tour continues to the mountain village of Misfah Al Abryeen, home to some of the oldest preserved houses in Oman.

Jebel Shams - The tour then proceeds to Jebel Shams, the Grand Canyon of Oman, reaching 3,009 meters (9,872 feet) high, before heading to the hotel.

Grand Canyon of Oman - Bahla Fort - Jabreen Castle - Back to Muscat

Jebel Shams - After breakfast, the tour moves further up the mountain for a breathtaking photo stop at the Grand Canyon of Oman.

Bahla Fort - The tour then heads to Bahla Fort, where local pottery is made.

Jabreen Castle - The next stop is Jabreen Castle, one of Oman’s most beautiful forts, before returning to Muscat.

Dimaniyat Island - Snorkelling - Half Day (Sharing)

Ad Dimaniyat Islands - Departing from the hotel, the driver takes guests to the Marina for a boat trip to Dimaniyat Island. This half-day tour is shared.
