Superb hotel balloon ride experience. Wish the tour was wrapped up quickly after the landing. - They are all experience was pretty awesome. Would highly recommend. The guys were pretty awesome and professional.
But we didn’t realize that after the landing, it will take them good 30 to 45 minutes to wrap up the balloon and we have to hang around for that and only after that, there would be the certificate distribution and treats/cava.
I would recommend the operators to be mindful of the timing. Tourists have pretty tight schedules and any extra hour can chew up time for the upcoming commitment.

A unique experience!! - We traveled by balloon on June 12 with Aerotours. They arrived in time to pick us up in a Van and were talking about balloon trips, weather, etc. Arriving there we were given precise instructions of how to raise, lower, safety posture, etc. All in fine detail.
The trip was amazing! our pilot took the ride very calmly. The views over Segovia were breathtaking!!! My wife, who is afraid of heights, enjoyed the trip very much. Ballooning is like going on a cloud and I think a lot was due to our pilot’s experience.
Coming downstairs we picnicked with the Aerotours team. We toasted having travelled by balloon and were finally brought to Segovia.
100% recommended!

AMAZING HOT AIR BALLOON - HOLY MOLY THIS EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGGGGGGGG. Juan made us feel like family and the pilot did a great job not falling from the sky hahaha. We would absolutely recommend this company to see a different view of Spain.

Beautiful and peaceful experience - This was a remarkable experience. We had a little complaining by the family for having to get up so early, but afterwards, everyone said it was well worth it! The flight over Segovia was breathtaking and peaceful. The crew were very professional and safely conscious. The only thing I would change is that I wish we could have had the option to be dropped off in Segovia, so we could tour the city on our own and ride the train back to Madrid. Highly recommend!

Wonderful! - It was a gift for my parents and from the first moment they were very attentive as I had several doubts when booking and they solved it without problem. We also had to make a change of place because due to the weather we could not make the flight the day we had booked and they facilitated everything.
The flight was spectacular, all very clear and amazing views.
They came delighted with the whole experience and told me that the balloon driver was the best.
We'll repeat with the company!

Awesome aerial view in Hot Air Balloon - Great flight, experienced pilot and beautiful views. I chose the pickup from Madrid hotel option and the driver was there on time. Overall wonderful experience. The only downside is that I have not received the pictures nor video promised / included in the payment. I saw other reviews saying this and asked for assuarnce prior to paying for the booking and was told I would receive the pictures from them, but nearly a week later and still no pictures
