Baja frecuencia de los paseos. Largos tiempos de espera. - My friends and I purchased tickets to use their services on June 22 and 23, 2024. The first day we used the service without any problems, but bad sound in the headphones. However, on Sunday the 23rd we waited for the route 2 bus for more than 45 minutes at stop 1 Plaza Neptuno and it never arrived. When we approached the company staff to complain, they informed us that one of the buses on the route was broken and that was why it was taking so long; However, when purchasing the ticket we had been verbally informed that the buses ran approximately every 15 minutes. They also argued that the service was new in the city, it seems to me that they mentioned 5 months in operation. The explanations seemed insufficient and irrelevant to us as customers, especially since the frequency of their competitor's buses is much greater; During the wait we saw at least 4 Madrid City Bus buses pass by, very frustrating! We will definitely not use your company's services in the future due to your failure to deliver on your promises and your staff's inability to offer effective solutions to the problem raised.

Bad experience. Money lost - On the information I received first bus started 10 a.m. no bus at that hour, so we waited for nothing, we did our visit in Segovia without bus. At the evening same problem. No bus at 5.30 p.m. we paid for nothing. 59€ gone.

Waste of time and money. - It was a total waste of time and money unless you wanted a ride to the drop off point for the puppet museum or coin mint. Trees obscured the view of the sites, so you couldnt see anything. The recording didnt go with where we were. The driver sped and I had to hold on tight around the corners. It was a rough ride. Even the seller of this tour gave me false information. Maybe he didn't understand my question.

Would not recommend this tour for Segovia - Would not recommend. We waited at several stops for almost an hour and never saw a single bus the whole time in Segovia. We ended up walking everywhere. And after all that they wouldn’t offer a refund because we didn’t cancel 24 hours before. How were we to know that this would happen the next day? Such a bad experience.
