Lounge Plaza Premium T1 Kuala Lampur - The room features good wellness options and good food. The only negative point is the attitude of bar tenders who try to maximize the sales of available alcoholic beverages and who are charged separately.

Do not waste your money booking this - Booked this via their website as we had a 6 hour stopover from Vietnam to the UK. Regretted it the moment we were let in. It is no more than a glorified canteen and at the time of our visit was absolutely packed with as many people wandering around looking for a place as were already seated, worst of all the staff were still letting people in. It is not as advertised, the comfy chairs with charging facilities are clearly reserved for others, could not find the spacious seating, luxury facilities or VIP service anywhere! On hindsight, it would have been less stressful and cheaper to have just stayed in the airport areas.

What a joke call yourself a business lounge food is disgusting - They kind enough to let my family and I do a walk in because the internet was not working, as soon as we walked in we could not find a table without dirty plates and cutlery on them I had to clear the table myself after doing so I ask a member of staff to wipe the table down I asked in a nice polite voice and all I received was a dirty look and they walk away, my wife and daughter got some food so I left the table to get some drinks for them when I returned I asked what is the food like my wife just said it’s not that good my daughter just looked at me said nothing, I was trying to put some food on a plate for myself and a member of staff just shoved me out of the way so they can place a tray off food down, how rude can you be to customers, I tried to eat the chicken curry chicken was cold and rubbish it was like rubber the rice was over cooked and the curry sauce was tasteless, although it came from the hot plate it was cold , on the salad bar there was grated carrots lettuce and sweet corn only , three little cakes that I tried was red velvet that was rubbish the chocolate and nut cake was the same all you got was the crunch from the nuts , the third cake god now’s what that that was , a five year old could do better, the black coffee was completely disgusting, the whole experience was disgraceful the very poor quality and standards of the food if that what you call it my wife did say that she not give it to a dog , the plaza lounge group should be ashamed of calling there company a business lounge school dinners are better , we soon left and found a little cafe / restaurant which served up better food and coffee , I sent in a complaint and they didn’t do anything all they could say is thanks your email and they are going to retain the staff what a joke

Rubbish. Better to stay out in the airport it self. - Not so much a lounge, I would say more like a really busy cafeteria. Only a couple of sections where they have proper seating and they are blocked off. They stopped serving breakfast around 9:30am. scrambled egg finished at 9am. No milk. Had to walk around for about 35mins to be able to find space on the cafeteria seats.

Misleading Photos and Huge Price - Extremely disappointing experience at Plaza Premium Lounge, KLIA Terminal 1. We booked entry during a lengthy overnight flight delay, drawn in by the advertised large, comfy chairs—only to find them roped off and reserved exclusively for members of a specific local bank. This was not disclosed, despite paying over USD200 for access. The lounge was overcrowded, with limited seating, dirty eating areas, and unclean toilets. We had to wait a long time just to get in, and the staff seemed disengaged and unhappy. Overall, a stressful and frustrating experience. Definitely not worth the price or the hype.

AWFUL. Do not go! - Truely terrible. Dirty - packed and tables not cleaned by the disinterested staff. Food selection was limited and poor quality. Only fish sandwiches ( no alternative - even when a fish allergy was pointed out to staff). Hot food was awful. And unavailable most of the time. Even the bread rolls had nothing ( not even butter) to construct something to eat. We paid 600 MYR (about£100) for a dry bread roll and a glass of water I have complained to the staff here and was treated with indifference and contempt - I would recommend that the people I saw attend some hospitality/ diversity training as they appeared hostile. I have emailed them twice and not had a response. We had to leave and get some food and rest in the main concourse. Of all the longes I have visited - in Europe, u s a , s e Asia and Australasia - this is easily the poorest. Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money - Don’t waste your money. We booked the lounge as we had a long layover in KL. the food was adequate at best. The choice was minimal. Only sandwiches available were tuna… no good for someone with allergy. No other choice. The lounge was over booked really busy. The tables were dirty had to clean ourselves. Not enough comfortable chairs or chargers. For the money it cost it would have been cheaper, more comfortable and more food choices to stay in the main terminal. Extremely disappointing
