Great experience, well taken care of - The guide was very careful and efficient with explaining the equipment and helping us get in and out of it- which is haha a big part of the experience, and what to expect. He helped a more senior lady of our group when she wasn't as comfortable snorkeling (but can swim) and made sure we all felt comfortable and enjoy the experience and can admire the water and fissure. The drysuits are actually v expensive and they do a v good job maintaining them so everyone definitely stays warm-ish/ as supposed to.

An experience like no other...(it will be cold) - It may have been literally freezing in the water but it was worth it and they give you a warm suit to go under your dry suit. But also make sure you have a set of base layers on too. It was a truly amazing experience, one you can't do anywhere else in the world! From beginning to end the staff were great, even having hot chocolate on hand for when we got out of our suits. Huge shout out to Nail who was our guide; she was amazing at talking to our son who had a little wobble. A few calm words from her he was in the water and was so happy that he did it; his highlight of our trip.

If you're wondering if you should take this tour- you should! - The set up and ease of this tour made it that much more enjoyable! Jampy was our tour guide and he explained everything, answered all of my silly questions, and you could really tell he loves what he does. Highly recommend - even IF you think it's too cold - it's worth it!

Coming back over and over - This was my fourth time doing Silfra, but the first for my youngest. I’ve now done it with all of my kids, which probably says enough about how special this experience is. The visibility is something you don’t really get used to, no matter how many times you go. It’s just unique and breathtaking. It was quite cold this time, with outside temperatures close to zero, and getting in always takes a bit of mental preparation. But once you’re in, it’s perfectly manageable, and the overall experience completely overshadows that part. The setup was very professional as expected, good equipment, clear instructions, and everything ran smoothly. A special mention to our instructor Domenica , she was excellent. She has a very good sense of the group, knowing exactly who to stay close to and who she can let explore a bit more. That balance makes a big difference and kudos to her! For me, this is one of those things in Iceland that genuinely lives up to expectations.

Can't wait to come back again! - Marketa was a fantastic tour guide for snorkeling in the Silfra Fissure! Not only was it our first time wearing a thermal wetsuit but also snorkeling in general. Marketa helped to make sure the gear was put on properly and explained clearly what the process would be to make sure we all understood what to do once in the Silfra. The actual snorkeling was incredible, definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Although we were still freezing by the end, Marketa had hot chocolate ready for us! We would love to come back and do this experience again!

Pebble snorkel - Friendly experience with quality equipment. We did not get cold despite a very low temperature. Carole our supervisor was very friendly. However, the set remains too expensive to simply 45min of mask/snorkel. However, if you do not like rocks there is really nothing else to see.

Missing captured lifetime photos - The experience is really good. The guide, Marketa, was very informative and guided along the way. We experienced it on 2nd April at 10:00 where it was heavily snowing and snorkeling in that is a lifetime experience for us. She took many pictures both inside and outside water however nothing was uploaded in the Google Drive. Looks like she forgot to switch on the camera or don’t know what happened, we couldn’t get even one photo. There were photos from 13:00 but nothing from 10:00 till date. It is very disappointing and sad that we missed our life time experience as photo memories ☹️
