A wonderful experience! - Mustafa was a great tour guide! The site was amazing and we had such a wonderful time exploring! We took some wonderful pictures too. Everything was planned out well and very organized.

Don't miss Pamukkale, Turkey! - I loved this tour(done in English)! Lunch was good and our tour guide, Merve Birlik, was super informative and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend it, ask for her she was great!

Pamukkale and Heliopolis - a great day! - The trip to Heliopolis and Pamukkale was terrific! A big thanks to our guide, Merve, and our driver, Husain, for the care they took of us on this private tour! I had been worried that driving all the way to Pamukkale from Kusadasi was going to feel like a waste of time, but the driving was lovely and Heliopolis had much more ruins intact than I expected. Merve helped us understand what all the ruins had been, and moved at the pace we wanted. The “cotton castle” of Pamukkale was beautiful. We were disappointed that Cleopatra’s Pool was under renovation so we couldn’t swim there, but we got to experience the travertine pools, which were beautiful. For future tourists: the pictures posted on the web have hundreds of pools full of water, but there are about 7-8 filled now. It was a bit crowded on the beautiful day in March when we visited, but I imagine it is packed to the brim in prime touring season. Remember a hat and sunglasses. Lunch was a non-descript location but the food was good and plentiful. We chose to stop to look at onyx and other jewelry local to the area, and the sales people were polite. Merve answered all of our questions patiently and knowledgeably - about history, local culture and anything we needed on the tour. Highly recommend this!

Good experience - This trip was part of our tour itinerary. We were picked up at the hotel and transported to Pamukkale. There were about 12 people in the group so it was not bad. The tour guide Merve Birlik was very good and explaining each site.

This breathtaking destination has so much to offer, and I highly recommend it to anyone who can make the trip. Crowded House Tours was the perfect choice—accommodating, punctual, and even picking us up at our door. Our guide was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The tour ended with a delicious buffet featuring plenty of great options. Later, I realized I had left my phone in their van, and they went out of their way to return it. Exceptional service and an amazing experience—I highly recommend this tour!

Ancient sites explored - An excellent day of exploring another ancient archaeological site. The tour was well run and the guides were knowledgeable, giving plenty of time to explore on your own as well. A delicious meal in the middle.

Worth the drive! - Had a wonderful time taking in the sights of Parmukkale and Hierapolis. Our guide, Mert, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I traveled with my sister and two friends, and we all just loved our full day experience. We had beautiful weather and a delightful day.
