Best experience ever! - Mert was PHENOMENAL! So knowledgeable on the history and always answered any questions we had. On our Pamukkale tour, there was an elderly woman who was struggling to keep up with the group. She elected to stay back and while we were given free time Mert personally went and picked her up to give her a tour to the areas she could access. 15/10 would recommend.

How can you go wrong with Crowded House! - We are an Australian / NZ couple visiting Turkey. When we saw the Tour company that came to pick up in Istanbul, I knew we are in good hands! The company name, “Crowded House Tours”
We started our private tour with Crowded House Tours starting from Istanbul. Then to Gallipoli Peninsula which included ANZAC Cove and other key WW1 battle fields. We then covered Canakkale, Troy, Pergamon and then to Kusadasi. In Kusadasi we visited Ephesus, the house of Virgin Mary and the remains of Temple of Artemis. Next we were taken to Pamukkale.
The service offered by Crowded House Tours is exceptional. Their guides a knowledgeable, took time to explain and answer our question. Went out of their way to look after us and make our holiday extra special. Special mention to guides Simge (Gallipoli to Kusadasi) and Mert (Kusadasi to Pamukkale) special thanks to the gentleman who drove us from Istanbul right up to Kusadasi! (Sorry I can’t remember his name) and also to driver Haydar (Kusadasi to Pamukkale.
We can highly recommend them for an unforgettable holiday!
If you are looking for an exceptional tour operator for your trip to Turkey, then get in touch with these guys. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience - Excellent tour! The guide was knowledgeable and took good care of us, kept us on track with the time but gave us ample time to explore the ruins and the pools at pamukkale, the best part was we got to skip the line for the tickets as our guide just walked straight up to the counter with us. The lunch was delicious with so many veg and vegan options!! Recommend getting an umbrella and comfortable walking shoes if coming in summer as it gets quite hot and there’s a bit of walking involved and bring swimwear if you plan to enter the pools

Spectacular day trip! - We had the best day on this trip. Our ship unexpectedly was here in Kusadasi for 4 extra days and we were scrambling to find things to do. Mert and Ali didn't disappoint. The Pamukkale theater was breathtaking and the calcium formation hot springs were extraordinary. An unexpected detour that I will never forget.

Bring a hat! - It is 2.5 hours drive from Kusadasi but there is a toilet and water stop after an hour and a half.
The bus was on time, and our guide Mert was very friendly.
The weather was extremely hot so I recommend plenty of water, plenty of suncream and definitely bring a hat!
You can get food at the final destination. I'd recommend getting the lemonade as it was amazing.
The theatre itself was super impressive. It's a 15 minute walk uphill (heat and water warning) along with the museum of finds from the excavation. Lots of statues figurines.
The salt flts themselves were impressive. Very slippery and you have to go bare foot so the ground is quite sharp in places. The place was covered in tourists. But definitely worth seeing.
Lunch afterwards was great. Buffet style with plenty of Turkish desserts.
Final stop was the Onyx jewellery factory/shop. Very impressive and everyone there was super nice. The more you buy. The bigger the discount.

Two great sites in one - Both sites were grand! You get two excellent sites in one visit next to each other. It was very hot but very worth it. Wear a hat, wear sunscreen and drink water

A place to see! - Mert, our guide was great. He explained the tour well, the most important to see and how to make the most of the site.
The site is beautiful! It’s the 6 hours bus to spend only 2.5 hours there that is a bit boring.
I think the visit to the jewelry factory could be removed from the circuit to give more time on the site...at least.
Overall we had a good day!
