Seongsan Ilchulbong - 성산일출봉 (Seongsan Ilchulbong)
Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone, a renowned landmark of Jeju, emerged approximately 5,000 years ago due to a volcanic eruption on the ocean floor. It is particularly celebrated as a sunrise viewing location, recognized as one of the top ten breathtaking sights on Jeju Island. Besides enjoying the sunrise, Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone is also an excellent spot for trekking. The Seongsan-Ojo Trail links two villages by traversing the peak. Another favored trail, the Jijil Trail, provides a closer view of the UNESCO-designated geopark and Jeju’s local culture. Walking along these paths is recommended to fully experience the area; reaching the summit offers views of both the expansive volcanic crater at the center and the surrounding blue ocean. To complete the visit, head to Seongsanpo Port to observe the haenyeo (female divers) in action. - Jeju Stone Park - Jeju Stone Park is a space that integrates the history and culture of rock culture, Sulmundae grandmother mythology, and folklore. The goddess Sulmundae is said to have created Jeju Island, and the park features rock culture relics and data intertwined with this legend. It was created as a space where both locals and tourists can connect through the living history.

Seongeup Folk Village - 성읍민속마을 (Seongeup Folk Village)
The entire village, which preserves the living site of the people of old Jeju, has been designated as an Important Folklore Cultural Heritage. Although it can be considered a folk village, it differs from typical folk villages as it is still inhabited today. The village residents volunteer as guides to provide visitors with a wealth of information. The Saw-leaf Zelkova and Japanese hackberry trees in the center of the village are worth taking the time to see. -
Woljeongri Beach - 월정리 해변 (Woljeong-ri Beach)
Renowned for its stunning scenery, white sand, and emerald waters, Jeju Woljeong-ri Beach features a road lined with tea houses and coffee shops. This is a fantastic stop during a trip to Jeju Island and one of the few places to enjoy an exotic view. -
Sangumburi Crater - 산굼부리 (Sangumburi Crater)
Sangumburi Crater is unique among the 360 or more parasitic cones of Jeju as it was not formed by the accumulation of ejected materials. Instead, it is a maar-type parasitic cone formed as a crater with a hole when many materials were ejected. The inner area is 300,000㎡, with an interior bottom circumference of 756m and an exterior circumference of 2,070m. Nearly vertical, the crater is approximately 130m tall, making it slightly larger and deeper than Hallasan Mountain. In autumn, the ridges of Sangumburi Crater are adorned with golden waves of silvergrass, and the planted cedar dominates most of the eastern and western slopes, with Sawtooth oak in the surrounding area. Additionally, Korean Fir has been planted to create a forest path. Apart from these lush forests, colonies of Eulalia grass cover large sections of the crater. - Haenyeo Museum - Jeju haenyeo are the resilient mothers of Jeju and the spiritual pillars of Jeju residents. The life of the Jeju haenyeo community serves as a model for humanity. Jeju haenyeo formed a merit-based community and made democratic decisions through discussions. They not only cared for the elderly and infirm, such as Halmang Badang and Geseok, but also raised funds with their material profits to contribute to society, including villages and schools. They also devised various methods to coexist with the sea, such as beach sweeping, gold snatching, and dialysis. Jeju haenyeo culture was recognized for its value and was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity on November 30, 2016 (local time).
- Jeju Island - Jeju tangerines are among the most famous fruits in Korea. The sweet and sour taste of Jeju tangerines is at its peak in winter. Visitors can experience picking Jeju tangerines themselves and enjoy them to their heart’s content at a tangerine farm. The trial period is from December to February.
- Gwangchigi Beach - Gwangchigi Beach offers one of the most pristine and spectacular views along Jeju’s coastline. In the distance is Seongsan Sunrise Peak, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site and a gem of Jeju Island. The area features many trendy cafes and restaurants, as well as travel accommodations and family-friendly activities, such as the Aquaplanet Aquarium. It is also where Olle walking trails 1 and 2 connect.
