Advance Notification: The driver will reach out 20 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time to confirm the details and provide the vehicle’s license plate number. Please ensure your phone is accessible.

Location Confirmation: Verify that the pick-up location you provided is correct. For those staying in an Airbnb or guest house, it is highly recommended to share both the written address and a Google Maps link to prevent any confusion.

2. Meeting the Driver
   Arrival at Pick-Up Location: The driver will be holding a name plate at the exact pick-up location you specified. Be prepared at the designated time to ensure a smooth and timely departure.

Assistance with Luggage: The driver will help you load your luggage into the vehicle, ensuring everything is secure and ready for the journey.

3. Comfortable Journey to the Airport
   Boarding the Vehicle: Once settled in the vehicle, enjoy a comfortable and convenient ride to Incheon.

4. Luggage Policy

Luggage Allowance: 1 passenger is allowed 1 standard-sized luggage.
Standard Luggage Size: 66cm x 43cm x 29cm.

Capacity Limit: If the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle, the driver/operator reserves the right to refuse the reservation. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

5. Travel Time Considerations:

For guests staying in downtown Seoul, it is recommended to schedule your pick-up 1 hour before the airport’s suggested arrival time (which is 3 hours before your flight).

If staying in Gangnam or during peak commute hours, it’s advisable to schedule the service 1.5 hours before the recommended arrival time to account for potential traffic delays.

The driver will choose the best possible route based on real-time traffic updates, ensuring timely arrival at the airport. The driver will drop you off directly at the departure terminal for your airline, ensuring you’re conveniently close to the check-in area.
