Hanbok Rental Process:
Enter the store and present your mobile app order page.
After selecting a Hanbok, the store staff will assist with dressing and styling.
Complete the form before departure (noting entry and exit times).
Upon returning the Hanbok, if it is stained or damaged, a compensation fee of 300,000 Korean won will be charged.
Late Hanbok returns incur an additional fee of 3,000 Korean won for every 10 minutes.
Jingfu Palace is closed every Tuesday.
Changde Palace, Changqing Palace, and De Shou Palace are closed every Monday.

The store is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM during the fall season.
