Awesome day trip - We had a wonderful private tour in Seoul with Kay who was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive to our interests. The itinerary was well planned, and we learned so much while still having a relaxed and enjoyable pace. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Seoul!

EXCEPTIONAL tour of Seoul!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!Ask for Kay!! - We had an absolutely EXCEPTIONAL day with our guide Kay. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of South Korea, and made sure we saw ALL the top sites of Seoul in just one day.
If you are looking into booking this tour, my family and I HIGHLY recommend it. You will get to see all the best tourist sites in Seoul, as well as many local parts. The restaurant that our guide took us to was incredible as well. We had a delicious beef stew, and the ambience of the restaurant is wonderful!
My group and I cannot say enough kind things about our guide Kay. He was kind, well spoken, intelligent, and very personable! His friendly and welcoming demeanor makes you feel as though you are being guided by a friend or family member.
Thank you so much for taking us around Seoul today! It was an experience that we will carry with us for a lifetime!

Amazing tour we loved it - Amazing tour, we absolutely loved it.
It felt very personalized, and having a private car made it so easy to move around the city with our guide. We got to see so much, and our guide shared super interesting insights and information, truly one of the best tours we took on our entire trip. Highly recommended!

Amazing 1 day tour! - Kay, our tour guide from Koncept was amazing and very patient, he was very knowledgeable about the history and took time to explain to us every place we visit in detail and spoke really good English as well. I highly recommend that you consider this tour if you happen to come to Seoul and wondering what to do.

Seoul tour - It was a fun way to discover Seoul! Even discovered some places I never heard about like the Mangwon market and learned so much about history, I think the markets is great for the foodies to discovered Korean traditional food. The tour guide was very kind, and we could customized the tour without a problem. Thank you so much. I recommend this tour !

It brings me immense... - It brings me immense pleasure to write a review about my recent tour with Viator.
I had always dreamed of visiting the Han River because I’ve seen it in so many K-dramas. The only time I had available was early in the morning, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a guide at my desired time and day. Luckily, I came across Viator on Google and booked my tour.
I’m so pleased with the experience! The sightseeing was beautiful, and my guide, Kay, was incredibly friendly. We grabbed the world-famous Korean banana milk and enjoyed ramen by the river, which made the experience even more special. Kay explained everything about the Yeouido Han River surroundings in great detail, which made the tour both fun and informative.
I truly appreciate this experience and wanted to write this positive review as a token of gratitude. I 100% recommend Viator!

I had a really nice time... - I had a really nice time today visiting the Gyeongbok palace. From the start meeting with my tour guide, Kay was so welcoming and friendly so I knew it will be fun like touring with a friend. We started at inside the wall of the palace took pictures with standing guards dressed traditionally like in Joseon dynasty. I really loved the cozy and joyful atmosphere around the palace. We then went underground where I wrote my name in korean character and stuck it to the wall. Once outside, I went to take pictures of King Sejong statue. From here the background looks really nice with the mountain behind. Then we walked around the street taking more pictures and enjoying the music played in foreigner style there.

One day city tour with Mr.Kay - Our visit to Seoul was short but full of experience. Mr.Kay showed us main historical places with rich history, local tradition markets with delicious Korean food 😋. We are really glad to have Mr.Kay as our guide. His tour was full of interesting stories about Korean history, culture and traditions.

Our family of four—my... - Our family of four—my husband, our two daughters, and I—had a fantastic day with our guide Kay in Seoul. Despite the rainy weather, the private car made everything comfortable, and we were able to enjoy the city without stress. Kay was kind, flexible, and really tuned into what our family enjoyed. He adjusted the tour to fit our pace and even suggested a few unexpected stops that we all loved. It was the perfect way to start our trip. Easy communication, smooth logistics, and a guide who truly cared. Highly recommend!
