Jinny made our Seoul experience a 10/10 - Our guide Jinny was absolutely the best! I cannot recommend her enough - she was so kind and easy to communicate with! She has so much knowledge not only around Korean history but so many other cultures too, she made our tour around the city so easy and enjoyable :) Our driver was awesome, he was always ready for us when it was time to move to the next place and would drop us off as close as possible to the entrance of each site we visited. This was such a blessing as it was very drizzly on our city tour day! If you get Jinny as your guide, you are in for a brilliant day!

Best experience in Seoul - Fantastic experience with Sophia in Seoul. She was the most kind and attentive guide we had so far. Highly knowledgeable and very experienced. She was not only able to highlight the rich Korean Heritage but was able to give a well judged view on modern Korean history. We can highly recommend her to fellow viators. Lunch place was great and she takes really good pictures.

⭐️Vic is an incredible guide!⭐️ - Our Seoul tour with Vic was unforgettable. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and flexible, and her knowledge of Korean history and culture made every monument come alive. Vic showed her quick thinking when unexpected rain started by immediately restructuring our itinerary so we could continue to have a comfortable experience. She truly went above and beyond, even helping us with logistics like acquiring Hanbok rentals and securing a spa appointment for my family. Highly recommend this memorable, seamless, and lifetime tour!

Wonderful Tour by Wendy. - I requested an English speaking tour guide an it was granted. Wendy was her name and she gave us the tour of our life. We drastically change our tour plan and she was so accommodating and explain everything we visited. She spoke so well and showed us what we are seeing. She was wonderful and left no question unanswered. If you need a tour guide request for Wendy.

Our day started out well.... - Our day started out well. Sophia picked us up promptly at the scheduled time. She accommodated our request to take a quick ride to Gangman. She accompanied us to take photos of several popular sights in Gangnam. Sophia was quick to rearrange the tour to make it happen. Our next stop was Nansam Tower. We were surprised when Sophia informed us that she would not accompany us up the mountain. Our tour guide in Busan stayed with us the entire day, including eating lunch with the group. My friend went to top observation point to take photos. Unfortunately, due to misinformation by the Namsan employees due to the language barrier, she ended up walking down the entire mountain. It took her over an hour to descend the mountain. Today she is still experiencing muscle soreness. If Sophia had accompanied us my friend would not have walked down the entire mountain. Secondly, several times when questions were asked Sophia responded by saying, "I already told you that ". Even if she did already say that it is clearly an unacceptable response to say to a client. Definitely unprofessional. While she knows the history very well, we would not recommend her for a tour.
