Amazing - This tour operator is a bunch of professionals who know what they do. Extremely reliable, transparent; dedicated to their job. I have spent an amazing 5 days safari tour with Freddy as a driver.
The prior organisation with Jacob was outstanding and I highly doubt any review which asserts the opposite. I can only just recommend these guys.

Very disappointed! - Booked safari with Jacob, he CONFIRMED the price by our route and AFTER he received DEPOSIT he started to INCREASE the price: "We request you to add $160 so as to make a booking", after he said price for Flying Doctor Insurance is increased and we have to pay extra or go WITHOUT insurance. I asked for a refund, he said I have to request it from the card processor but card processor stated it's the merchant have to request a refund, later he sent refund request to WRONG email, it's looks very unprofessional. Just waste my time on communication, refund finally received. Very disappointed!
