Incredible day on & in the water of Arrabida - Lovely day on & in the water with Caterina and Luis. We paddled through the Sesimbra marina and out along the coastline of Arrabida nature preserve to a sandy beach where we swam and snorkeled (with tea and cookies to rejuvenate before the paddle back). The ocean was a bit choppier than usual d/t recent storms, so while the water was brilliant blue we could not see marine life while snorkeling - but floating out in the ocean was magical, and the joy with which Caterina and Luis ran the trip was infectious enough to ground us firmly in the moment to enjoy what we had and not what sometimes can be in calmer waters. The chop in the water made our open-top kayaks a bit more challenging than they ordinarily would have been, but once we gained our bearings we flew along nicely.

Very satisfied - We had Monika as our guide and she was super nice and friendly. Beautiful views and nice snorkeling. The water was a bit cold but that’s just the way it is. It was great!

A great experience - An amazing experience, the tour guides and entire company are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend to others.

A dream - Top tour just NICE 😍 Absolutely recommended, we had a mega time. Monika is a super tour guide, warm, attentive and makes it an unforgettable experience. On top we had Tea & Cookies just perfect!

Not to be missed! - Such a great experience! We were running a bit late but Tânia and Rúdi were incredibly accommodating. Rúdi was so much fun to kayak with and was happy to match our paces. He shared lots of stories about the history of Sesimbra and the beautiful formations we were seeing. Snorkeling was a blast and we saw so many unique creatures!

Suuuperrr! - First time doing kayak and snorkeling and it was amazing! Catarina helped us during the tour and it was very nice! We saw caves and Arrábida has beautiful landscapes 🤩

Fabuloso - It’s was amazing with excellent team work.the two lady guides was amazing friendly.was friendly too ❤️. It’s my first time I enjoyed lots with strangers pepole. I don’t feel alone .

Kayak day!! - A lot exploration in Sisimbra with Tomas , they give us everything to make feel us so confortable in the sea,Thanks for Cha and Lagartitnhos cookies. Good explication and organization about everything, 100% ill recomended it!!

Top - Everything supi! Nice route, nice place in general and great tour guides with whom you had fun. The price was also very fair:)

Not great. - We booked a "Kayaking + Snorkeling" experience on 26 August 2025. It was not a great experience. Cannot recommend. The snorkeling activity was cancelled on the spot due to poor water visibility at the beach of Ribeira do Cavalo (which doesn't strike me as unusual given that every time we've been there, the water was always murky close to the beach giving it a distinct white color). We weren't given an alternative or any compensation. Just bad luck I guess. But even if the snorkeling activity wasn't cancelled on the spot, I cannot imagine it having been great given that we were not equipped with swim fins. I must also mention that we came on the beach at low tide, with a lot of exposed rocks and very little sand. Luckily we were using wet shoes, but other participants in the activity were not so lucky and had a very rough walk landing the kayaks on bare feet or flip flops. As a kayaking experience by itself, well, we just basically rowed straight from the dock to the beach, stopping here and there for photos. We don't really care about the photos, but I cannot say the end result merited the occasional stops. Arrabida Experience may be a good diving center judging by the facilities and the equipment on site (I am a licensed open water PADI diver, btw), but I would struggle recommending them based on this particular experience, sorry.
