Option 1 - Portinho da Arrábida Sailing
Begin at the Setúbal marina, passing Albarquel and Outão, with views of the island and Figueirinha. Anchor at Portinho da Arrábida for a refreshing swim, then return via the Troia marina. Total duration is 4 hours.

Option 2 - Sailing Sado River
Start from the Setúbal marina, visiting Albarquel, Troia marina, Caldeira, and Praia da California. Anchor near the Troia ruins for a swim, explore the marines, navigate the Soltroia river, sail through the South channel, and return. Total duration is 4 hours.
