- Lagoa Azul - Cross the bridge that separates the Blue and Green lakes, enjoying the scenic lakeside view as you head towards the Peninsula and the tranquil picnic area of Baía do Silencio (“Bay of Silence“).
- Lagoa de Santiago - Return to the bridge via easy dirt paths, preparing for a long and steep climb on the main road, where you can pause at the viewpoints of Lagoa de Santiago (“Santiago Lagoon“).
- Miradouro do Cerrado das Freiras - Take a break at the Cerrado das Freiras viewpoint (“Nuns Haven”).
- Vista do Rei Miradouro - Continue the ascent until reaching the Vista do Rei Viewpoint (“Kings’ View“), offering a panoramic view of the Blue and Green Lakes below and the now-abandoned “Monte Palace” hotel.
- Miradouro Da Lomba Do Vasco - Embark on a more adventurous trail along Cumeeira Pequena (“Small Summit Rim“) until reaching the viewpoint.
- Igreja Paroquial das Sete Cidades - After passing the Lomba do Vasco Viewpoint, conclude the tour by descending into the heart of the village of Sete Cidades, passing by the Church São Nicolau, and returning to the starting point.

Very nice easy ride with our kid. - Selfguided ebike 2hours tour, nice place around lakes, with family. Easy to ride a bike, lovely spots, beautifull nature.

New Title: E-Bike Adventure with Ricardo! - Make no mistake - this is not your normal, let’s take an e-bike around the flat lake adventure. You do take the awesome e-bikes around the lake, but that is only the beginning of an adventure we will always remember.
We began by meeting Ricardo and he made sure our bikes fit and we understood the gears, motor and how to ride safely and efficiently. He also pointed out the highest mountain overlooking the Sete Cuidad and that we were going to go up to that peak, then back down for our ride. We were anxious, but his assurance gave us confidence and we were ready to ride. A few minutes later, we were off - not only off the road, but onto a dirt track going around the lake. He told us this was the learning portion of the ride. This was important as we had only ridden e-bikes once before and never in any terrain or on a strenuous trek. After a pause for pictures we began our climb. Under his careful gaze we went on a main road through a tunnels of hydrangeas, passed many cows and stopped to see the beautiful views and enjoy our progress. Thanks to Ricardo and the’tirbo-speed’ of our e-bikes, we made the almost 400 meter climb. And the time riding through a tunnel of flowers, and the help of our bikes will not be be soon forgotten. At the peak we stopped for pix, at a better location than the brochure mentioned, and then went on to the normal tourist spot. We stood there, surrounded by busses of tourists, feeling a superiority that can only come from the hard work up the hill - it was a great feeling. And then it was all downhill. Time for another class from Ricardo on brake management and some easy rules of the road. And soon we were back at our starting point - following a safe and fast downhill run - some on trails and some on roads. The entire trip offered us a connection with the landscape we never would have gotten any other way. Thanks, Ricardo for a true, safe and fun travel adventure we will always cherish.

Nice family experience! - Nice experience! In our case, we rented the e-bikes for a self-guided route and it was very worth it.
The information offered was perfect and with the garmin/map you can make the recommended route without problems. The walk around the green lake is beautiful. Quite a hit

Great way to see Sete Cidadas in a short time. - This was a great way to see a lot of the area in a short time. We went all around the rim. Our guide was so fun and encouraging for my sister who had never used an ebike. After a practice on the flat area, she was good to go. We had several stops to admire the views and learned about the plants and history. The scenery is breathtaking.

Guided E-Bike Sete Cidades - April 25' - This was an INCREDIBLE experience for our family of four (kids 12-15) and we would HIGHLY recommend it. We went to the Azores from New England during Easter week. The weather was perfect. The guided E-Bike tour around Sete Cidades, was one of the many highlights of our trip made possible by our tour guide Guilherme. He was an EXCELLENT guide; patient, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. This was the first time any member of our family rode an E-Bike - so you don't need experience - though I would recommend you be in moderately good shape as the trails around Sete Cidades will require some athleticism. DO IT! t was tons of fun and a unique adventure!

A total blast at Sete Cidades - Our guide, Guilherme, was outstanding. The sites were incredible and he was very knowledgeable about the area and history. We were a group of six and he was very helpful with getting us set up, making it a safe trip, and guiding us throughout the day. It was a total blast and I highly recommend this trip, company, and guide!

Highly recommend e-bike tour! - Highlight of our Sao Miguel stay! Incredible views, loved being on bikes on the road and trails. Sofia and Diogo were awesome in orienting us to our bikes, answering our questions, and providing some insider information about the area. If you enjoy being active and outside (and are okay with being a little outside your comfort zone!), would highly recommend.
Bike pickup is right next to lake, by an open field in town-- that was our only hang up, finding the location to meet the staff.

E bike tours in Azores - An excellent day out with Guilherme and Sofia . The morning spent cycling on off road tracks with plenty of interesting history and s amazing views . In the afternoon the men went off with Guilherme for some more strenuous cycling but very kindly Sofia offered to take the two ladies on a walk to a fantastic viewpoint . We had great views as Sofia says they are often clouded in fog . A lovely young pair of guides focused on making the whole experience fun for us on all fronts . Thank you to them both
