Get to know Cadiz and its beaches - The Carmen guide was excellent, its accompaniment, respect for some spaces where you could explore the city with autonomy

Need a better English speaking guide - We were looking forward to this trip. Unfortunately our guide’s English was not that good and we couldn’t understand the majority of what he was saying🥲🥲

Not Recommended - You spend your day waiting. Naturanda started the tour 40 minutes late with no acknowledgement. The sherry tour and tasting is the only part worth doing. The rest is spent waiting. If you don't elect the horse show you wait on the bus for the ones who did elect the horse show. You have time for lunch in Cadiz and a walk to the beach. That's it. And you can't hear the guide. Carlos had lots of information but you can't hear him at all. Waste of time. This was our 2nd Viator tour and the 2nd with Naturanada and this one was equally as disappointing as the first. I do not recommend this company.

Light on information, sherry tasting and free time in Cadiz was great - There is very little information or history provided. In Jerez the sherry tasting was fi and informative but nothing about the city of Jerez or its historical significance. The guided tour in Cadiz was less than 30 minutes.

A very disappointing experience - This tour was a very disappointing experience, mainly due to a great disorganization... and this from the beginning to the end of the day. Departure is late, then delays accumulate throughout the day and result in constant rushing and shorter stages. Already, instead of gathering, we notice that there are additions of participants at the last minute (the guide mentions it because he does not have their names on the list) but surprisingly, a few moments later the guides announce that there are too many participants and that not all have a place on the bus. Small problem on the administrative side (and obviously not an issue for guides who already seem to be on the wrong foot, the poor). The main guide must therefore take a car and improvise an option for all to participate... but at the same time he leaves the bus and we have no "tourist" information since the other employees on board do not have the baggage or the function to do so. It is the translator (very friendly besides) who has to assume unwittingly so he can not share any information. We arrived at the very last minute at the equestrian show (still here, we had a glitch since some people had not apparently booked for this option... If the staff had checked in their own documents, before the bus left for this destination (which would have taken a few minutes, no more), we would not have wasted all this precious time at the gate of the site. We were then led to the wine tasting where the time was obviously very compressed too). Later, arriving in Cadiz, we were promised (in the ad) a tour made by a local guide but this tour suddenly seems to disappear. We realize a little off-track that the main guide indeed left with a group without us being informed. We are suggested the market to go eat but when we got there it closed! In short, due to a problem obviously stemming from the management of Naturanda we have fallen far behind and we have not had at all the service we expected, neither in terms of time nor in terms of quality of support. That said, the equestrian show was excellent and the city of Cadiz very nice!

Bad and expensive - 95 euros, does not include meals, bus or bathroom, the guide bothers if we ask to stop at the bathroom, the tour included going to the cove and some time at the beach where they promised and QUOTED literally “get your feet into Atlantic Ocean” They took us to the seawall, they didn't let us take pictures because they wanted to leave. I don't recommend it at all, we were in Jerez where they didn't talk about Flamenco, in Cadiz they took us to a ruined Roman theater wasting time
