Wonderful, memorable experience - It was a beautiful trip, we loved it. Karlos, our guide, was just lovely, so kind, funny and friendly and took great care of us. Everything was lovely. Our only fly in the ointment was how unclear the itinerary was on the website. We went on a Tuesday but had the I to start of the Sunday. Other than that, perfect

Long day but worth it - Pedro on the hike was great with plenty of knowledge. The walk has amazing views all the way through. It was a long day in the bus 10am - 9pm but the bus was comfortable with aircon.

An excellent exciting trek through amazing scenery - A fantastic hike along high walkways. The scenery was breathtaking! The trip would not be for people who are not good with heights. It also includes quite a lot of trekking hence you need to be fairly fit. It was very hot when we did it so make sure thou take plenty of water. The guide through the canyons was very knowledgeable and helpful, but always looking out for people's safety. I didn't feel in danger at all. The walkways through the canyons and the rope bridge were exciting and I definitely had a sense of achievement having completed the trek. Our Naturanda guides for the whole trip, Danny and Coleen were very interesting, knowledgeable and friendly. They looked after us all very well. As well as giving a lot of information about the Caminito del Rey they also gave hints and tips for places to see and good restaurants in Seville. An excellent exciting trek through amazing scenery!

Exactly as advertised - I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but we had a good experience. We left Sevilla at about 10:30 or 10:45 a.m., took a short walking tour through Osuna as a break (maybe 30 minutes or so) and then arrived the hiking area around lunch. We had about 1 1/2 hours for lunch, which was perfect because it gave us time to go down to the waterside area and relax. We started the hike itself at about 3:00 and it was amazing, as expected. Afterwards, we were given 20-30 minutes to get drinks or whatever we needed to do before heading back to Sevilla. We arrived back around 8.

Fun - The hike is breathtaking. Amazing. One of a kind. We have 3 kids one youngest 11 years old and she did great. It is very high. Hike is not technically difficult. About 4 miles. Always seemed safe. But very high. So glad we did it. The day is long. We left at 10 am and got back at 8:45 pm. Stopping in Osuna was a nice break and very enlightening. Spent about 90 minutes there. The entire day there is a bit too much downtime. Hike is about 2 to 2.5 hours. The park guide (not our tour guide) was a bit slow for being a park guide as far as hiking pace. Our tour guide Rebeca was fantastic. Very informative. Kept the entire day a lot of fun.

Walk Great - Organisation a Complete Shambles - The walk itself was excellent. The information supplied by the guide was comprehensive and added to the experience. However, the organisation of the tour was awful. Received a message the day before stating start time ain Seville had been put back from 9am to 10am. When the bus left Seville the guide was missing. The journey to the site takes about 2 and half hours, but we stopped midway at a food and drink location. On arrival at the site we were informed that whilst the guide had not made the journey from Seville, arrangements had been made to source another guide. BUT the walk would not start for 3 and a half hours ! Many of our fellow travellers, particularly the Americans, were extremely upset at the delay. We waited and waited. Other groups arrived and departed. Our replacement guide finally appeared and some 5 and a half hours after leaving Seville we finally started the walk. Seems as if Naturanda are sending multiple groups same day but only 1 guide - therefore be prepared to sit around doing nothing for hours and hours and getting back to Seville far later than necessary. Shambles.

Cannot recommend, but hike is gorgeous - Honestly if my day was the typical experience, I would not recommend this tour. The hike itself is well worth it. Beautiful views and very peaceful break from the city. Why I would not recommend this tour: Communication of expectations from the tour guide who met us and took us on the bus was pretty poor. We arrived at the lake and thought we were meeting our hike guide only to be told multiple times over the course of 2.5 hours that he was late. We sat around doing nothing and waiting, while watching other tour groups arrive by bus and almost immediately meet their guide and start the hike. Everyone in our group was very unhappy and bored. When our hike guide finally met us we asked about the late pickup, only to be told that he was not late, he was there at the agreed upon time. If that was the case why didn’t we depart Seville much later? Because I was so frustrated, it really diminished my enjoyment of the day. We did not return to Seville until 9:00pm and I could not wait to get off that bus. The day was just so long and so much wasted time. I recommend driving there on your own to do the gorgeous hike and save yourself tons of precious time.

Took up way to much of the day - Based on the description of the tour, going on a Friday, we were not supposed to stop off in the middle city stops. We found out once we were on the bus that they were stopping anyway. What should have been about 7 hours turned into 12+ hours and a whole day gone. The hike was great but the rest was a huge waste of time. We started out driving for a little over an hour to stops in Osuna. Once we got there we found everything was closed. No stores open, no college open, nothing. So we basically walked around through the streets the. Sat for 30 min waiting for the bus. Then we drove for another 1+ hour to get to the bus stop near the hike entrance. But we couldn’t go in yet so we had to wait another 1:30 hour until the guide was available to take us in. Hike was great. Then the drive back to Seville. I would not recommend this tour company unless you are ok with killing a whole day.

Do it yourself!!! - Waste of time. Whilst Caminito Del Rey is amazing, this tour takes way too long taking you to useless destinations/giving you way too much free time. Make the effort and do by yourself
