During the Introduction to Castanets Workshop, you will learn about the specific characteristics, the history and use of this unique instrument.
You will practice some basic techniques. This practical workshop will be accessible and fun for beginners. We will even perform some basic castanet percussion with accompanying music!
At the end of the workshop you will be treated to a short demonstration on the use of castanets with dance!
The teacher will provide good quality castanets for you to use during the workshop. If you fall in love with them, the purchase of the instrument is not included in the price of the activity!
