Spectacular excursion - This excursion was wonderful. Having visited three countries in a while is a nice experience. I recommend this excursion 100%.
I don’t remember if the guide is Carlos 🤷 but he was very competent and professional. (Septiembre 19, 2025).

Wonderful tour, guides were great! - The two of us traveled first to Gibraltar, then to Tangier, then back to Seville. The rest on the Gibraltar tour were one-day tours from Seville, so we were on our own after they left for Seville. Luca, our guide at Gibraltar, was very informative. Note: Be ready to walk, a lot, in Gibraltar. After Gibraltar, the transfer to the taxi to the ferry went well, as did the meet at the ferry terminal with the tickets. Make sure that you take notes on when and where you meet people. The entry stamping on the ferry with Moroccan officials was easy. Then a taxi was waiting to take us to the hotel, the driver had our name. Nice hotel, we ordered pizza room service. In the morning, our Moroccan guide, Rachid, met us in the lobby at 1030. We met up with others on a one-day trip from Seville as they got off the ferry. Then we did the sights of Tangier. Rachid was fantastic. We visited Hercules cave, the beach overlook, and a very nice lunch in the casbah. I even rode a camel. Afterwards, we had time for shopping (I recommend leather goods,) then back to the ferry, reverse passport stamping, then board the bus back to Seville, accompanied by a Spanish guide, whose name I did not catch. He was very efficient. Then back to Seville. OK, our guides throughout were very informative and efficient. No foulups, even though we had hit three countries in two days. I would highly recommend taking the two day trip and overnighting in Tangier, even with the extra cost. Doing the Seville-Tangier trip and back, skipping Gibraltar, would be to me too exhausting. Obviously, I highly recommend the tour.

Gibraltar and Tangier overnight- needs clear itinerary - We were the only participants who did this whole tour. We were on tour with a day trip group to Gibratar the first day and then put on the ferry to Tangier until picked up to tour with a group day tripping to Tangier on the second day. The first group was over 50 despite listing a limit of 30. We needed headsets and audio as couldn't hear guide. Tour up 'the rock' was great and I hadn't realised there was a limestone cave- amazing! There was a lack of itinerary for both days and this meant we arrived at our hotel in Tangier after 8pm. We also didn't get collected until 10.45am the next day and then waited for the ferry and Tangier tour to begin after 12pm Rashid did well with another group close to 50 in number but we also could have used headsets for a better tour and a bit more information while we're were out and about. The info Rashid provided when we were on the bus was good! The lack of itinerary meant we hadn't realised we would finish the tour at 11.30pm (and should have eaten, especially as lunch was light). A few improvements and provision of itinerary would make this a lot better.

As a tour guide myself, heed my words. - As a tour guide myself, I understand what significance reviews have in the decision making process for travelers. I really hope travelers read this and heed this review
So here it goes… Employees. In general, each individual was kind, knowledgable and the kind of person who loves their job. (Though to the one who joked about selling the bus load of travelers as slaves, that is not funny and it should never be said again. Not a funny joke. DON’T do it!)
Now … back to the other employees…
There were way too many handoffs to different employees. We started with Miguel then onto un-named taxi driver, then to Paco (who may have been having a bad day) and who, if he spoke any english, didn’t share that fun fact with us, he handed us paperwork for the ferry/ customs and left, never to be seen again. Ferry ride to Tangier. Arrive in Tangier around 9pm, to be left to find another un- named taxi driver who didn’t come into the terminal to greet us and if it had not been for a fellow traveler who spoke Spanish fluently, who went and found our taxi driver amongst the several taxi drivers at the door of the terminal , I don’t know how we would have found our assigned guy , who was found in the parking lot, and not at the terminal entrance. Taxi brought us to a fantastic hotel. The room was wonderful, and it had a spectacular buffet breakfast and also had kind, helpful employees.
Rasheed pick us up and drove us to the port, where we were transferred to a bus to wait for the ferry, and additional travelers. Then a second man named Rasheed, who was brilliant and earned every penny that day, speaking 4 different languages to our group of 23. He was sooooo impressive.
Now heres where I get really annoyed.
Camel ride on beach was advertised. What I got was a kiddy ride in a circle, not even a big circle, on the side of the road. Lunch was included, but not drinks????? Tangier does not serve alcohol so I am not talking about those type of drinks. Juice, soda, water, none of these drinks that were served with lunch, were included. Coffee not include. Mint tea … oh…it was included, but was not brought out with lunch. It was not brought out until after the juice, water, soda and coffee were brought out at the very end of the meal. As it were an after thought. It was quite the scam. I recommend that be changed immediately. Customers do not appreciate this sketchy tactic and it maybe even be a breach of contract. Most certainly it is deceitful. Yet the food was yummy.
I was disappointed in the very few sites we went to. I realize shopping is part of the program but 2 hours “ free time” in Gibraltar leaving 20 minutes maybe a 1/2 hour to see the monkeys at some snack shack, nowhere near the top of the rock. because we didn’t have time to go to the top area where the monkeys were?????
2 hours “free time” on the one market street in Tangier. I didn’t care for it. I wanted to go these places to see the sights. But I didn’t see much of what I was lead to believe I would see. I felt rushed in some places and dumped in others. Last but not the least, the drop off back in Seville. Again after being over an hour late because ferry didn’t leave Tangier on time for an unavoidable reason, we were dumped at the drop off point, in the rain, after 1 am, with no direction of where we were or help to find out how to get to our hotel.
And there you have it, our experience. Somethings were great and others really not so great. This has the potential to be a absolutely fantastic adventure, but as is, it needs some work.

Lost and Guideless in Morocco - This tour was only OK. The first part of tour to Gibraltar was great. Mind you, we were told we'd have guides at each stop. No one ever once said we'd have to to look for them or that they'd 'forget about' us. After that, it went downhill. We were told to get off the bus at a gas station and wait 10-15 mins. for our taxi to take us to the port. We said no, you're not leaving us here. Taxi finally arrived 30 mins late and did not speak English. He drove us about 30 mins to the port and it was a scary, fast ride. He dropped us off and we walked inside where our tour guide was supposed to meet us. We found him and he did not speak English either. He had a young man tell us what we needed to do in English. We rode the boat and looked around for our tour guide to take us to the hotel. No one was there. We walked to the taxis and thankfully, one of the drivers spoke English and knew who we were looking for. He called the tour guide and the tour guide 'forgot' about us, tour guides words. The taxi driver drove us to the hotel where the guide showed up telling us he forgot us and that everything was good. No, not really. When we checked in at our hotel, we had a couple and a single person all in one room. We refused that and had to pay for another room. We were told by each of the different people that we would start our tour in that morning at 10:00, 10:30 and then 11:00. The Tangier day tours was good. Then, we get dropped off at the port to go back to Seville. We met another American that was experiencing about the same but she was doing this on her own for 2 nights stay in Tangier. Company spilokesman was unapologetic and said before I get upset, wait to see if we enjoyed the Tangier tour. We had absolutely no direction. An inexperienced traveler would be lost. We rode the ferry back and no one was waiting for us. We followed the other American who walked out to the buses and was asking if we were on one of them. She found our bus. Without her, we'd still be at the port waiting. We rode back to Seville where we arrived around midnight. This company has communication issues and I would advise you to think twice before you take their tour to Tangier. I gave it 2 stars for the tour guide in Gibraltar and Tangier, they did good, otherwise I'd have given them a 0. I purchased a guided tour, not a do it yourself tour. In today's world, it's not safe for Americans to be in Muslim countries with zero guides, although Tangier lives cohesively with Christians and Muslims. We paid over $1,200 for the 3 of us to take this tour. I would not take it again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Very bad experience - Do not go to Morocco with this company, trust me. I am a world traveler of many years and I’ve never, ever experienced such disorganization and lack of any communication. Once they get you to the border they stop any sort of explanation. They gave me a very short, unclear itinerary at the border right before I got on the ferry. No return ticket back and you are on your own after that, trying to figure it out. I paid $600.00 dollars and it felt like I wasn’t on a tour. Well to be fair the first day they guided me but then I left the group and then it felt like I was on my own. Oh in the Medina some random man comes up and hands me my ticket back. To be fair the Moroccan company was better but it was very scary not knowing anything for certain. Coming home was awful( to Spain) Natturanda was parked in some van in the dark and I looked for a bus or some indication where they were and couldn’t find anyone. I was panicking and it was pure chaos at the Tarifa station. I was going to go find a hotel at 8:30 when some guy comes up all mad at me and tell me they have been waiting for me! No sign, no flag nothing. I got home and had to walk at midnight to my place. Oh and the customer service at the office is terrible too after you pay. They wouldn’t tell me anything and kept telling me to basically shut up and wait for my itinerary. This one woman was particular rude. She wouldn’t tell me her name so I couldn’t file a complaint. People don’t go to Morocco with Naturanda. They aren’t even worth one star in my opinion.

Stranded, abandoned and ignored by Naturanda Turismo Ambiental, Seville, Spain - First time using TRIP ADVISOR and NEVER USE Naturanda Turismo Ambiental in Seville, Spain. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I received NO COMMUNICATION via email or phone calls after I booked the trip through Trip Advisor. No schedule , no itinerary of the trip, what time we will be dropped off after the trip. I went to their offices when I arrived in Seville and they seemed annoyed I asked them for the itinerary as well as the bus guide seemed vague. I only found out that my husband and I were the only ones traveling to Tangiers Morocco. After Gibraltar we were dropped off at a remote location to a cab that was waiting and dropped off at the port to take the ferry from Tarifa. The cab driver was kind enough to wait till another man showed up to give us the ferry tickets and hotel voucher. Every time I asked who was going to pick us up they kept telling us that there would be someone waiting for us at the Tangiers port. Our biggest fears came true when there was nobody there to pick us up. It was getting dark so we took a taxi to the hotel. They reimbursed us 5 euros for the taxi ride. Mohammad our guide was kind enough to make sure we got on the ferry on our return to terifa. When we arrived at 10PM at night in Terifa there was NOBODY waiting to pick us up. We spoke to the police at the Ferry terminal who asked to take a taxi or we would be stranded alone all night at the Terminal. We paid 400 euros for the taxi driver to bring us to Seville airport. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TRIP ADVISOR.
