Beautiful discovery - Beautiful palace, a little outside the crowd. Beautiful flowered patios. A place steeped in history that deserves to be discovered. Smiling welcome 😀

A palace charged with the lives of its inhabitants - After visiting the Alcazar, very large and very frequented, the visit of this palace was a real pleasure. The place is beautiful and still charged with all the humanity of its inhabitants. The audio guide is very well done.

Beautiful house and gardens - Admission is 14 euros with audio guide. One of Duchess De Alba’s favorite houses and where Antonio Machado was born. Interesting, with beautiful patios

Just go!!! - We visited on na busy Sunday when it was nice to get out of the historic center. Combine the walk with a visit to the Setas, as the Palace is not far. I almost passed up this visit because from the street it is n't much to look at bit once you step inside it is a feast for the eyes. Gorgeous gardens ( I bet even more so in spring) and amazing architecture and furnishings. I literally gasped on several occasions at some of the incredible paintings and ceramics. Also a lovely gift shop with some unique items.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of the start - The palace is centrally located and beautiful. You don't get anything from the city inside the walls. There is automatically an audio guide to the ticket, but we did not find it very well prepared.

Very pleasant visit with few people in the morning.Audioguide online, plan to use his phone and data - Very pleasant patios and gardens in the heat, and a well preserved palace. We were able to discover the old stables and a little history of this beautiful palace

Vastly overpriced experience - Beautiful front (but you can see that without paying to go in). Nice, but small and not very well kept gardens. As for the house, you are limited to the ground floor. Every room is roped off and behind the roping there is a total clutter of disorganised furniture, paintings and posters crammed into the space with little thought as to presentation. Most of what is there appears to be of very poor quality. Very few, if any, of the paintings appear to have any merit. It all gives the impression that they thought they needed to fill every space with anything to justify the high entrance price and that they ended up going to house clearances to fill the void. Far less would have been much more! It is a beautiful house, but it is a very overpriced experience at 14 euros. For example the awesome Museum of Fine Arts is only 1.5 euros and houses an amazing collection of Sevillan art in a truly beautiful building with lovely gardens. You can get in to the Alcazar, the Cathedral and Giralda or the walkway of the Seta for the same sort of price. In short, they are taking the P.
