The guide was very professional, close and with impressive knowledge of the history and details of the monument. Clear, entertaining and curious explanations that make the tour much more interesting. You can see the passion for their work and the care for the group at all times. Undoubtedly, a highly recommended tour to really enjoy and understand this unique place.

Amazing. - We really enjoyed everything. Melisa was our guide and in very good English she told us about the wonders of this place and was attentive to my son, making jokes with him from time to time.

A beautiful visit to the Royal Alcázar - We spent a few days in Seville with the family. The Royal Alcázar is one of the most beautiful places we've ever seen. Juan, our guide, is a delightful person. He was punctual, friendly, and the visit was very enjoyable. Everything was very interesting. And he gave excellent recommendations. Thank you, Juan.

Not private - It was fine, but should have been labelled “group tour through an operator”. The title “private tour” was very misleading since it was a group tour with 28 people and a head set. The guide was patient and nice though. I was expecting a private tour for my family of 4 for the $380 usd

Scam Artists - We paid for - as advertised - a private tour. We also booked the tour in Spanish - our preferred language. We were asked the day prior if we could switch to an English tour. As it honestly made little difference and was earlier - we agreed. Upon arrival, however, we quickly learned that not only was it not a private tour, but we had 25+ fellow tourists in our group. Others in the group had similarly booked a “private tour” and when they complained were told that because it doesn’t involve the general public, it was “private.” Laughably ridiculous. And exactly as I feared the guide’s English was less than adequate. My partner and I, as well as, a handful of other bilingual guests were constantly translating for the guide. I do not want to name our guide because we did like him and as we often speak in “Spanglish” it was no big deal for us, but we did sympathize with the non Spanish speakers. I truly feel swindled having paid triple what a group tour would have cost. Unless the palace is totally booked up avoid this company.
