Unbeatable - Indispensable if you visit Seville. Wonderful experience and very complete thanks to the staff of the company. Thanks to Maria, Paloma, Dominique and Mohamed for making it unique. It was our second time and it won't be our last. You can't miss the Santa Cruz tour.

Good way to get an initial tour of the city - This was a reasonably good tour not that many stops and we’ve had better. However for a first time on your first day it’s not a bad way to get some general info and an idea of the city

Ideal for seeing the city but..... - This is a great way to see the sights before deciding whether you want to visit and see them more closely, however, the audio is a bit out of sync to where you are which isn't great. Also none of the bus stops are marked. You don't know where they are when trying to find them to get back on. We wasted time walking to find one and it went past. Walked to the next one and it stopped way before where we thought and had to run to it. The green bus is better value for money than the red and same route.

Not expected - Good audiology information. They changed 2 meeting points, I was not informed and I lost 1 hour walking trying to find the place because the phone provided did not answer it. We never received the 2 walking tours offered included and the night, fatal. There are more lights in my house than we saw on the tour.

Nice to be able to hop on... - Nice to be able to hop on and off, but wasn’t as informative as I’d hoped. Lots of music in between stops instead of sharing more info.

Stops disabled - They don’t warn you which stops are disabled, they call them and they answer you as if you already know, as if you live there, we better walk or take a normal bus because it’s so ugly.

Not worth it - Wet seats from the rain the day before, the driver spoke on top of what he was hearing from the hearing aids , also at the fourth stop I was interested in getting off or visiting I did not stop, when I went to claim him I did not like his answer

Immobility for Seville - Friends tourists attention when selecting the green tour of the Seville tourist bus, today December 16, 2025 when climbing to the first floor of the bus the wet seats and floor of the previous night that rained torrentially , what surprise the driver spoke in unison of the audio of the hearing aids describing the places , of course at the 4th stop that we wanted to visit The Plaza de España did not stop the bus, I went down to talk to the same and the treatment was not the correct, there was no guide on the bus , I was forced to arrive at the beginning and take another bus that took me to the desired place.... Respect is due to the traveler, the tourist to the money paid for the service.

Worst Audioguide - Audioguide doesn‘t match the sights, is late and in general very bad and bad quality - simply isn‘t worth the money, try to take an other company if possible

Avoid this bus tour like the plague - Well, I understand that the historic centre is not accessible by bus the root is punctuated by brief stops where 15 or 20 seconds of commentary are provided about obscure buildings and events. There’s nothing told about any of the sites with short walking distances of the bus stops. This is a really frustrating tour and the English translation is poor.
