- Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center - Experience guaranteed wildlife viewing while supporting a worthy cause. The AWCC is a favorite among our guests, offering close encounters with bears, moose, elk, muskox, wolves, and more.
- Portage Glacier - Revel in breathtaking scenic views and observe the hanging glaciers in Portage Valley. The tour concludes at Portage Lake before proceeding to Byron Glacier.
- Byron Glacier Trail - Enjoy a picturesque and guided short walk along Byron Glacier Trail, which follows the river to the edge of Byron Glacier. This trail is accessible for most guests; please inquire about alternatives if necessary.
- Girdwood - After a day full of activities, we pause in Girdwood for an optional lunch at one of our favorite local eateries, offering excellent food, prices, and local charm (have we mentioned the incredible chowder?).
- Turnagain Arm Drive - Known as one of the most beautiful drives in the United States, the journey from Seward to Anchorage along Turnagain Arm is awe-inspiring. We frequently stop for photos, wildlife sightings, and, if timing permits, the bore tide.
- Beluga Point - Beluga Point offers prime opportunities to spot Dahl Sheep on the mountains and, with some luck, the Bore Tide and Beluga Whales during late summer.
- Anchorage - As we approach Anchorage and drop off our guests at their chosen locations, we enjoy sharing highlights and attractions of the city, along with recommendations for other activities and excellent dining options.
