Feels like a different planet!! - Ice climbing on a glacier will remain as one of the top activities I've ever done in my life. It was one of the most adventurous, scenic & adrenaline junky activities I've ever done! The views were insane the entire time. It was a steep hike but totally worth it. The equipment was in good condition and our guides were phenomenal. Both Rachel & Gina had so much knowledge and experience to share. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with each of them. We learned so much and felt so safe during the activity.Safety was definitely a top priority. I HIGHLY recommend ice climbing with exit glaciers and pairing it with kayaking at bear glacier with their sister company, liquid adventures. Thank you Gina & Rachel, and all the staff who made it such an incredible trip!

Fantastic! - Everything went supremely well for this ski-plane ice field excursion: the organization of it, all logistics, gear, guide, pilot, and the activity itself. My wife and I loved it! It was beautiful and so much fun! Our guide, Gina, was fantastic, as was our pilot Joe. We also did the Jet Boat in to kayak around icebergs in the Bear Glacier lagoon, with helicopter ride back, with Liquid Adventured. That was equally fantastic and very well coordinated. Exit Glacier Guide and Liquid Adventures are both top-notch in my book. I highly recommend them!

Amazing Adventure - This was a very strenuous adventure. I recommend that you wear good waterproof hiking boots for this activity. Our guides were great and went at our pace, which at times were much slower especially on the way back. The glacier was amazing and beautiful. I highly recommend this activity just be prepared for a long day.

Don’t miss out on this amazing hike! - This is a must do excursion! Natalie and Caroline were amazing guides…..safety was their first priority for everyone but they were fun and gave us so much information along the way. This is a full day of hiking. It is a strenuous hike on both the trail and the glacier…but would do it again in a second. One of the top 3 hikes we have ever done.

A phenomenal experience! - What an incredible experience!! Our guide, Dahlia, was so awesome! It's a 2-hour hike up and 2 hour hike down the mountain - with some steep areas - to get to/from the glacier. That part itself was breathtaking, and words and pictures can't describe being on the glacier itself. There's an opportunity to lean over to peer right down into a crevice, fully harnessed. I opted out of that. I felt safe the entire time - Dahlia was great with explanations and instructions!!!

Fantastic! - Amazing experience with our guide Tate. She set the pace for the hike based on our ability which was huge since it’s was strenuous hike for us. She was super friendly and personable too. Safety was taken very seriously and that made the glacier portion of the hike very comfortable. Also she read our level of adventure and gave us a fantastic walk on the glacier. Love the outfitters vibe checking in all the way to departure at the end of the highly recommend the experience.

Exit Glacier hike at National Park with Kenai Backcountry Adventures - We chose this hike and booked this outfitter through Viator as the best option to be able to hike on an actual glacier in Kenai Fjords National Park. It was an extreme, 8 hour hike. But it was so cool! And well worth it! Our guides were Derek, Jack and Mary. It was nice that they were able to split the group of 15 into smaller groups to hike at different paces. Bring water and some snacks. The adventure outfit provided all the gear and lunch. Derek even picked us from, and dropped us off at our hotel in Seward.
