Truly an Absolute Must-do when in Alaska! - I cannot recommend this trip enough!! It was very enjoyable. The crew was Tom, Quinn, and Ryo, and they were hustling and hard working to make it a fun experience for all aboard. Our Captain, Wade, was entertaining and knowledgeable and really good and keeping everyone engaged. He shared history of Seward and facts about animals. He was engaging with us on board, and even took some time to walk around and personally talk to us passengers, when Ryo took over on one of the longer straight stints. I'd definitely come back to do this again!

Great way to spend a day in Seward - We went on 2 trips-one with captain Chris and the other with Captain Mike and the Jersey Crew. Both were fantastic. The crew was attentive and knowledgeable about the geography and wildlife of the area. The service was great. Highly recommend any trips with this company.

Amazing! - I was booked for the 6 hour national park tour, which was changed to a Resurrection Bay tour, due to weather. The crew went above and beyond to make this experience just as memorable and enjoyable! It was truly incredible getting to see all of the wildlife. Captain Mike went out of his way to find and give us the best views of orcas, humpbacks, puffins, several types of birds, seals, and sea lions! We saw a bald eagle before even leaving the harbor. He also put a microphone down into the water so we could hear the orcas communicating, which was amazing. The water was very choppy but deckhands Casey, Logan, and Isaac were very helpful in taking care of the people that got sick. They are also very welcoming, knowledgeable about the wildlife, and very efficient in everything they did! It was thoughtful of them to bring around some glacier ice for us to see and touch since we didn’t get to make it to the glacier. The lunch was delicious, and the chocolate chip cookies at the end were the sweetest surprise! All in all, this was such a highlight of my trip to Alaska and I would recommend it to anyone, even on a bad weather day!

Great views , great experience! - Me and my wife were aboard the Tanaina in late June . The knowledgeable captain ( Cpt .Sherry) and staff (Danny , Katie and Megan) pointed out wildlife and scenic views all along the way. The captain also made plenty of stops for to take some really amazing pictures. Danny and Megan even fished out a chuck of glacial ice and allowed all on board a closeup view. A great experience with a great attentive crew.

Out of the ordinary - The experience was amazing. Sea got a little bumpy but worth it to catch a glimpse of orcas!! Highly recommend it. Saw everything on the list except puffins which were not in season

Great! - Even on a cloudy, rainy day, it was wonderful. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. The light lunch provided was great and filling. We saw humpback whales, otters, sea lions, Dall’s dolphins - in short did not disappoint.

Top 5 travel experience - I have been to over 80 countries and all 50 states. Having exceptional travel experiences are hard for me to top. Watching a whale breach not once, not twice but three times...brought me to tears. We saw porpoise, sea otters, starfish, a bald eagle and a ton of birds (plus it was early in the season). The crew can't control the wildlife but it was such a special cruise...and they even served a great lunch (chicken burrito) and a warm cookie. What more can you ask for???

Scammed by parking in lot at Kenai Fjords Tours = $28 Parking Ticket - Great staff on boat, boarding staff wasn't too clear about the parking situation right out front of the business. Multiple customers on our boat and other boats all received parking tickets for parking in the lot. The Kenji Fjords Tours free parking is 2.5 blocks away and a shuttle provides connection back to boat dock. We were not allowed time to get to the off-site parking lot provided by the tour company and back to the dock to board our boat in time, so we like many others were ticketed by the City of Seward a $28.00 parking ticket for parking in the lot more than 2 hours. We felt scammed by not only the Kenji Fjords Tour Company but by the City of Seward for getting a parking ticket on our cars.

Need my $237 refund please - Needed to change my tour date for this tour - and received push back from your team. I contacted the operator like you informed me, but with no success from them. I would like a refund for a tour that l never received. Thank you. The operator said they would take care of it once you contacted them.
