- Sainte Anne Island - This island is characterized by a hill that rises to 246 meters and is enveloped in dense tropical vegetation. It was the site of the first French settlement in 1770, a brave endeavor given the crocodile-infested swamps that once surrounded it.
- Cerf Island - As the second largest island in the Marine Park, Cerf Island is nestled in the heart of Sainte Anne Marine Park. It is encircled by a captivating underwater world and a revitalizing coral reef.
- Moyenne Island - Moyenne Island, a favored destination, is just under half a kilometer long. Within its lush tropical garden are remnants of early settlers’ homes, pirates’ graves, a quaint thatched chapel, and giant tortoises that roam freely.
- Round Island - Neighboring Moyenne, Round Island boasts breathtaking beaches and coves perfect for swimming. It is home to the exclusive Enchanted Island Resort.
- Long Island - Once a prison, Long Island is situated in the heart of Ste. Anne Marine Park, near Round and Moyenne Islands. This coconut palm-covered treasure rises to 90 meters and features exquisite powder-soft beaches and stunning turquoise waters.
