- Operating hours: Open Tuesdays to Sundays; sessions only at 2 pm and 4 pm (Tue–Fri). Closed on Mondays unless stated. Museum closes 12:45 pm–2:00 pm daily for cleaning.
- All visitors must reserve a time slot in advance; entry depends on capacity.
- Adults must be accompanied by at least one child (12 years and below). Adults alone are not allowed except on special Open House days.
- Exhibits are designed for children aged 12 and below.
- Children must be supervised at all times; the museum is not a drop-off facility.
- Children 12 months and below enter free with minimum purchase of 1 child + 1 adult ticket.
- Tickets become invalid if you are more than 10 minutes late; no refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals.
- Visitors enter at their own risk; caregivers are fully responsible for child safety.
- Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
- A Viator/TripAdvisor confirmation booking will be sent at the time of confirmation is not the official ticket.
