Three places in the water town are worth visiting: Kezhi Garden, Qing Dynasty Post Office, and Fangsheng Bridge. Your tour guide will accompany you to these sites.
Kezhi Garden, built in 1912, features various pavilions and buildings, a lotus pond, stele corridors, a bridge of nine turnings, and diverse plants. You can see the calligraphy inscriptions of Ming Dynasty literati (1368 - 1644 AD) with high artistic value in the stele corridor.
At the Qing Dynasty Post Office, you can view precious old postcards and letters from the Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1911 AD), and there is a post box with a carved dragon still in use today.

Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi) - First, visit Chengdu’s Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, home to over 80 of China’s iconic pandas. Most are the familiar black and white variety, but the Base also houses several smaller, lesser-known red pandas.
You’ll observe the animals eating and playing in a carefully maintained habitat that closely resembles their natural environment. You’ll also learn how scientists and ecologists work to protect the few remaining wild pandas and expand the captive population. Notably, over 100 bears have been born at the Base since 1987.
The Base gained even more importance after the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, with eight bears relocated here from the severely damaged Wolong reserve. Your visit provides both moral and financial support for the ongoing conservation efforts.

Enjoying the slow life in Chengdu, you may suddenly feel that you are leading a happy life.
Jinli Pedestrian Street - After lunch, take a private car to Jinli Old Street for an impressive visit to the famous old street. Time slips away quietly as you walk along lively streets filled with delicious local snacks, delicate artifacts, interesting folk shows, and more.

It was carved from the cliffs of Lingyun Shan to calm the turbulent waters of the three rivers flowing beneath its gaze. Stairs carved into the cliff connect the area at the Buddha’s feet with the land above, allowing you to view this astonishing sight from various vantage points. Views are stunning over elbows and knees, taking in the river scene and Leshan’s skyline.
Upon arrival in Leshan, enjoy lunch at a restaurant with a view of the Giant Buddha. You’ll then explore the Giant Buddha and enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding landscape from atop the Buddha’s head.
Next, visit Lingyun Temple and Museum to gain deeper insight into the history of this remarkable Buddhist site and learn the story of the Giant Buddha’s carving.
