Typically start your sightseeing tour from Yuyuan garden, a beautifully preserved garden that dates back over 400 years. Spend your relax morning strolling around the ancient house with delicate pavilions, corridors, ponds, rockeries, walkways and lush green trees. Enjoy the picturesque view and hear the rich history from your professional guide (Please Note: Yuyuan garden close on Monday). - Shanghai Tower - Continue to Shanghai tower (632m), the tallest building in China and the second tallest in the world. From the top, you will have a 360-degree panoramic view of the whole city. Then, walk on famous Riverside Promenade (Binjiang Da Dao) to see the west side of Shanghai.
- Former French Concession - Other popular attractions to visit include the former French concession area, see the French style architecture, and take a nice stroll along the walkways with beautiful French trees.

Top quality tour of Shanghai with Xin - We had an amazing tour with Xin in Shanghai. She was very knowledgable and kind. Her English was excellent and she modified our trip so efficiently with the wonderful driver to accommodate our interests. Perfect day in Shanghai - The Tour was perfect! Timing was accurate. Very well organised. Pick up and drop off at Cruise Port- Nothing to worry about.
Berlin, our chinese guide did a great Job in showing us her City and explaining Chinese history and modern way of living, she took very good care of us, answered our questions. We felt Welcome and enjoyed our day. Highly recommandation!

A day to remember in Shanghai thanks to our guide Jenny - I booked this trip through Viator and can honestly say it was the best value trip I’ve ever had! Our tour guide was Jenny and she met us at our hotel reception, our driver followed soon after.. Jenny took us to the Temple of the Jade Buddha to get our trip started. She explained that visiting the temple first would mean that the rest of our trip would be blessed and it certainly was!! We spent a while at the temple. There was plenty to see and lots to learn about the Buddhist religion and the importance of Jade in China. Jenny spoke perfect English,. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of our questions ( and there were lots of them ) From the temple we went to The Bund. Jenny pointed out all the buildings of significance, and when I told her I used to work for an international bank she showed me the building iit was once in and the new one it had moved to across the river. As we had been blessed with sunny weather we had a walk along the riverside before visiting the main shopping area in Shanghai where all the major stores were located. Our driver picked us up from there and we made our way to the Old City. The architecture was stunning! Jenny advised us how old the city was and we were able to marvel at how the old mixed with the new in Shanghai. Jenny took us into a shop in the old city to look at the jade and fresh water pearls. She taught us that we should barter with the shopkeepers if we wanted to buy anything so I gave it a go and bought myself some Jade earrings. I will cherish them always. ❤️ Next stop was a visit to a traditional Tea House, the Yu Garden Bazaar. Jenny had been telling us how Chinese people love to drink tea and that the many teas have different health benefits so this visit brought it to life. We tried 6 different teas and had a detailed explanation of what each one’s health giving properties were. We bought some tea to give as a gift while we were there. From the yea house we went to Yu Gardens. It was very busy but we walked around at our leisure while Jenny told us the story of the garden’s origins and pointed out all the points of interest in the gardens. Throughout the trip we never felt that we were rushed and we had ample time to take photos. We had by this time spent six hours who was keen to take us anywhere else we wanted to see in her city before we ate. We were happy with what we had managed to see and decided it was time to eat. Jenny gave us a choice of whether we would like to sample fried dumplings or go for some Chinese food,?we chose the latter. The driver picked us up again and Jenny took us to a restaurant where Jenny asked us what we liked to eat and ordered a selection from the menu for us. The food as amazing! H this time it was 5:00pm. We had a full day sight seeing Making memories, eating delicious food and having the pleasure of excellent company in the form of Jenny who started the day as our tour guide and by the end became like a friend. I highly recommend Jenny and the trip. Who better to show you around than someone who loves the city they live in.

Feeling safe traveling alone - From the moment of booking I was contacted by Alana, she was in constant contact, she clarified the concerns I had about changing money and using the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted by driver Mr. Shen that although he does not speak English, he was attentive and made himself understood.
The guide was Jane, she made me feel safe and always very attentive to the additional requirements she made, I highlight her knowledge and detail of everything she explains, which although my English is limited I understood very well. Thank you very much for making my short visit a wonderful experience.

Very good possibility to get several sights in one day conveniently and easily shown - We had a wonderful tour with Lady Xin. She put together a great tour and responded perfectly to our wishes. Trips (to and from the hotel and also between stops) worked great and allow you to visit several sights in one day. Food was excellent.t

Mary and our driver were... - Mary and our driver were extremely pleasant, took us for a lovely city ride. We stayed longer wherever we wanted to and they managed the time very well. Pickup and drop at every location was nicely arranged.

Awesome Private Tour - Private tour with guide Judy plus driver was excellent from beginning with a pick up from hotel instead of us trying to get downtown ourselves and return. Very accommodating with additional request to see other sites. Judy was very knowledgeable and showed us many interesting places This our first time with a private tour guide/driver as we usually do group tours and enjoyed this tour immensely. We would definitely recommend this tour to any visitors with a limit time to visit Shanghai like we had !
