great service would highly recommend - Our driver arrived a few minutes earlier but it was a relief to know he was there to take us to the port of Rome.

Excellent service - Excellent service, professional and friendly, kept us updated. Clean modern transfer car , gave us bottles of water. Definitely use again!

Great service. Would use again. - Great service. Our driver communicated with us when he would be picking us up and was promptly there at that time and got us to the port in a timely manner.

Easy ride, not a lot of communication - The transportation was very smooth. I am disappointed we had to walk to the Hilton hotel (no direction provided) with our luggage. We didn’t know there was a bridge so we walked through roads and parking lots after a long day of travel. Once we were at the hotel it was a very smooth process. The driver accommodated my wife’s motion sensitivity and gave everyone a free cold water.

Clean & Courteous - This is a one man operation. Decently English speaking. FCO Pickup is at the Hilton. Study how to get there ahead of time and ensure you’re prepared to walk there with all your baggage. Had water and Wi-Fi in a clean Mercedes van. Got an impression of a hustler over the phone, but was patient and courteous in person.

Contact with the driver - We had booked out of the hotel and waited in the lobby. There were several other shuttles arriving and most drivers were checking with those waiting (mostly in the lobby). However, our driver parked outside for 15 minutes before deciding to check if we were waiting for him. His other three couples were not happy with this delay. I might add that we stood outside for a while. However, there were too many shuttles arriving for us to approach each one. Some form of sign would have helped.

Shared ride - Shared ride was not available upon our arrival. Had to get another ride at a different rate. Vendor knew when we were arriving!! Did not give driver information clearly. Stressful as we were limited in time.

Bait and Switch - MorniNg oaf transfer received call from vendor. I had communicated arrival time to him previously. He said that time was 45 minutes too late. But if we paid 50 additional euros he could accommodate us. Declined his generous offer. Since we were arriving at Rome Termini station we walked over to the regional line to Civitecchia a bit slower.

Cancelled - Cancelled with very little notice! Another independent driver substituted, buy I was Leary to go with him since I didn't really know who he was. It worked out okay though.

Extremely disappointed. - My transfer was cancelled the morning of my trip with no other option but to take a tripled priced taxi. I was told upon my return home, the trip was cancelled due to no other customers were available to take the trip with me. Hell, I would still have come out cheaper had they just charged me for two people. Had they contacted me just two days prior, I could have prepared for an alternative. Prepare to be left behind.
