Amazing experience on the quad/buggy and for taxi’s - We had the best time in the buggy and we also had a quad. Ages were from 9 years to 79 years. Would 100% recommend falcon. So easy to book and very good price. We will use again when we next vist. Also we used them for a taxi to naama bay, super time efficient and very friendly.

Great service start to finish - We came the year before and had one trip with falcon but there so good I only wanted to used them this time. They were amazing from start to finish we sid the buggy and boat trip. In our opinion there boat is the best not to crowded, lots of space and comfort and amazing staff Look forward to another booking 😀

Amazing - What a fantastic company went above and beyond for my family and are friends expecially with them having disabilities the outstanding and amazing staff could not fault them one bit we done a lot of trips with them from airport pick up to drop off to dolphin show ,ras mohammed boat trip buggy and quads the ultimate desert trip honestly i can not recommend this company enough,,when i return to Egypt will not book with anyone else honestly everyone needs to book with this company from start to finish they were amazing and the thing i like the most is the fact they message and ask if everything was ok after each trip i felt so looked after with this company

Amazing company and amazing trip with Islam - Amazing trip out with my main man Islam who is a true gent. We were taken to the local centre and had a amazing trip over the echo mountains with Islam and the team they could not have done more for us during the day and we had an amazing time with Falcon. We also went onto do the water sports after this and again were treated like royalty from minute one to minute end. We also had a night trip arrange by Islam to Soho square and this was also amazing Islam is an amazing host and excellent at all he does we will never use anyone else again.

Amazing - Absolutely amazing from start to finish Use this company a few times this year from airport transfers which are always stress free never waiting drivers always there . To quad I did private tour in June with boyfriend which was outstanding . Then in December to quads with my family was again amazing . Wouldn't use any one else. Have also did the rad Mohammed in the last boat trip with like every thing else is amazing.

Underwhelming Private Buggy Ride and Pushy Sales Tactics - Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience for us. The buggy ride itself was okay, my husband enjoyed it more than I did, but even he felt disappointed that the route was just driving in a single file behind a guide the entire time. There wasn’t any opportunity to really accelerate or enjoy the buggy freely, which is what he’d been hoping for. The surroundings also weren’t particularly scenic; there was quite a bit of rubbish scattered around, which took away from the experience. We also had a random 10-minute stop so the buggy could cool down, which made the ride feel disjointed and a little pointless. However, the main concern for both of us was the level of pressure we felt during the stop at the tent. It quickly became clear that the purpose was to push us into buying photos and a video, neither of which we had asked for. The sales pressure was extremely uncomfortable. We were then taken into another tent where we felt we couldn’t leave without buying something, even though we didn’t want to. This didn’t feel like normal selling, it felt more like being bullied into purchasing something. Because we were relying on the organisers for the journey back to our hotel, we felt vulnerable and unable to say no without it causing an issue. After having such an amazing experience with the private speedboat from the same company, this tour was surprisingly disappointing. I wish it had matched the quality and professionalism we experienced previously.
