It was a wonderfull... - It was a wonderfull experience, even that we booked very late, the staff was very responsive and everything was well organised on time.

Excited - They are so professional. I was scared of water however they helped me for diving. If I did it, everyone would do it without any trouble.

Boat trip - We met this called Muhammed at St george homestay cheeky chappy very friendly and helpful with excursions, sold us the raz Muhammed and white island boat trip was absolutely amazing you go to two different island first where you can do snorkeling and diving, the staff on the boat was fantastic so helpful and knew there stuff felt so safe with them then last island was the white island where you swim so far then you can literally stand up in white island so beautiful and very clean

Good experience - Lovely fish at the scuba dive, current was quite strong in December so I didn’t snorkel and I didn’t swim to the white island but was good!

This is the ring road at rush hour! - Far too many people in one place at the same time More than 1500 people on the same spot! Tourist trap - We were happy to go to this SO WELL-KNOWN site. A driver came to pick us up to go there it is very comfortable When we arrived on site, we found ourselves in the middle of a crowd of tourists. However, we had to expect the unpleasant surprise and that we were 50 boats on the RRSP that is about 1500 people for a very small diving area if you do diving, it is not the best area because there are far too many people who do snorkling! Expect to receive right and left flippers However, the underwater site is beautiful, but too small content of the amount of tourists Then we went to the Île Blanche, as planned in the program, know that it is not an island but a sandbank where we stayed standing for nearly half an hour waiting for our guide to call us back under the sun with no activity except waiting for the Don’t look for fish, so there’s no point in it. on our return we had to wait a certain amount of time for our driver to come back to pick us up far too many people to manage too much waiting time. However I give 5 stars to the team of our boat and our diving coach ARMANDO who is really great. Congratulations.

Good day but not really good - The good: the best fish views and excellent mohamed support. The bad: they are not two stops for snorkeling as the tour says, it is only one and the next is the white island, which left us wanting more. We hardly entered what we thought the first stop, but others thought there would be a second. They were scammed. Another issue is that they should not go up to the second floor our equipment and in the end we could not find part of the snorkeling equipment, so they held us for a while in case we had to pay, but we clarified that they are the ones who should notice our equipment if finally they did not let us take it to floor two to book it. Anyway, the team showed up, but we did get screwed up by that mishap. Travelers, if you go on that tour, take care of those teams like gold because the messy way to get out can make someone steal equipment and you have to pay for it.

Catfish Tour Agency and bad organized Tour in Sharm El Sheikh - I am writing my real experience for this tour agency to avoid future travelers. As per tour descriptions and details and photos, I thought this tour included Ras Mohamed Island. If not included this area why they mentioned Ras Mohamed and entrance fees $5? And after I booked this tour , they send me my WhatsApp about Ras Mohamed and entrance fees. I want like this if not included, no need to mentioned on their tour package.They also uploaded Ras Mohamed island pictures also. now they deleted because of my complaints. And my tour package included two snorkeling stops. but they stopped only one stop and my snorkeling instructor don’t care me.When he do snorkeling, he took only Russian speakers people only. Not only him, other guides also. This is look like discrimination. I paid money for my trip but they think only Russian speakers are only human or boss or something? For my snorkeling, I jumped myself in the sea and I climbed up my self. I don’t know my snorkeling instructor why don’t take me. He don’t check and care who is included in snorkeling package. All of guides are focused on Russian people only. And my tour is started on 8 AM . but they send me on my WhatsApp, pick up time is 8:30 AM . But they come to me 9:45AM . I don’t know how they organize their tour, I waited at hotel entrance since 8 15AM. I called and messaged to tour agent, he told me that driver coming on the way only 1 to 5 minutes then 9 45AM. No responsibility and accountability. So better avoid this tour otherwise you will get some bad experiences or something.
