What a great day we had.... - What a great day we had. Amazing boat, clean and safe. The staff made sure the snorkeling was a safe experience. Pointed out different fishes, cloun fish (nemo), morelo eel and the highlight definitely was swimming with the eagle ray. White island was spectacular and we got beautiful photos with my daughter to remind us of this day. 10/10 definitely must do in Sharm El Sheikh! Thanks to the crew!

Excellent. Recommend - We went on a boat trip to White Island with snorkeling included, and everything was absolutely excellent. The boat was very nice and clean, and we felt well looked after throughout the entire trip. The food was tasty and freshly prepared, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The snorkeling experience was unforgettable – crystal clear water and amazing views. Highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area!

Disappointing for price - Nice boat and lunch but very disappointing snorkelling . Very little time in the water . Quite aggressive guide . Kept shouting at group to stay together and we were just kicked by the guide and some snorkellers who were wearing flippers . Expected more time in the water . We were there for a long time whilst divers went in . Another very short snorkelling stop followed , literally once round a small piece of coral and back to boat . We paid so much for this trip after a miscommunication saw our get your guide trip cancelled . Really not worth the money if you are there for the snorkelling . We saw more fish going in at the beach . Also overcharged for drinks on board . Advertised in dollars but paid in Egyptian pounds which did not correspond to prices advertised . Plenty of boat companies out there , choose wisely , feeling very disappointed

ZERO STARS !!! PLEASE BE WARNED, THIS COMPANY HAS BIG PROBLEMS. - On September 12, 2025, I joined a boat excursion operated by this company. What happened was beyond traumatic: a passenger, after snorkeling and already back on board, he became unwell, collapsed and died. The way the crew handled was utterly unacceptable: • No qualified staff on board. • No medical equipment available. • Slow, careless and unprofessional response. • Advice from another boat was not properly followed and actions were quickly stopped. • There was a lot of negligence. • Even after the man passed away, the boat drifted for a long time before taking action. • Shockingly, the company wanted to continue the excursion once the man was removed from the boat. This company is completely unprepared for emergencies and showed zero humanity in a life-or-death situation. What makes it worse is that passengers were led to believe trained staff would be present, this was absolutely not true. For me and others on board, this was a traumatic experience that I will never forget. I strongly warn anyone: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR SAFETY !!!

My daughter and her... - My daughter and her partner went on this cruise and had an excellent day, which was spoilt however by the onboard photographer. Firstly he tried charging £150 for photos, which he then reduced down to £20, but then by text message that evening tried to raise to £50 getting abusive when he couldn’t get the cost he desired. Great trip but change your photographer or give him suitable customer support training.

Elite in Name Only – A Crowded, Chaotic Tour - We booked this tour with high expectations based on the description and reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of our trip to Sharm. What was advertised as a relaxing VIP cruise felt overcrowded, disorganised, and thoughtless from the start. We were delayed by over two hours, and not a single member of staff explained why. We’d woken early for hotel pickup and breakfast only to be left standing around for hours. The crew seemed indifferent, simply waiting idly looking at their check board to see if magically something had changed. It was only when I asked for a refund and transport back to our hotel that someone finally offered an explanation. By that point, the tone for the day had already been set. Once onboard, we realised that most of the other guests were part of a large Italian-speaking tour group, with a dedicated guide explaining everything exclusively in Italian. We were given no orientation, no schedule, and absolutely no effort was made to include or inform us. It felt like we had unintentionally gate-crashed someone else’s private group — an extremely isolating experience, especially for a tour marketed as “elite” and “inclusive.” The boat was packed, and every stop — including Ras Mohammed and the so-called White Island (actually a crowded sandbar) — was swarming with dozens of other large boats. We counted at least 60, all seemingly part of the same rush-hour traffic at sea. There was zero sense of environmental responsibility, despite this being a protected national park. We witnessed people standing directly on coral, taking litter into the sea, and leaving rubbish behind on the sandbar. The crew did nothing to address or prevent this — it was heartbreaking to see such a fragile ecosystem being trampled. As for the onboard experience: Food was overly salty and uninspiring, far from the “fresh lunch” promised. The included drinks were just cheap fizzy drinks in tiny plastic cups, and no water was offered until late in the day. Because of the delay, lunch wasn’t served until much later than expected. I had to go below deck to ask for something to eat, and while they quickly prepared a small plate, I wasn’t allowed to bring it outside — apparently so other guests wouldn’t see and ask for food too. That felt incredibly uncomfortable and left a bad impression. As a strange form of “compensation,” we were later given seafood (which others didn’t get), but again, this was poorly communicated and just added to the awkwardness. The only thing "VIP" about this cruise was the price tag. Everything else felt rushed, overcrowded, and impersonal — like a mass-market boat tour disguised in elite branding. If you’re not part of the main group or don’t speak the primary language of the guide, you’ll likely be ignored and left to figure everything out yourself. We hope the operator takes serious steps to improve how they treat all guests and, more importantly, to respect the environment they’re operating in. For now, we cannot recommend this tour.

Elite in Name Only – A Crowded, Chaotic Tour - We were delayed over 2 hours with no explanation — only when I asked for a refund did anyone explain. Communication was nonexistent. Onboard, most guests were part of a large Italian-speaking group with their own guide. We felt excluded and totally in the dark about what was happening. The boat and snorkelling sites were heavily overcrowded — we counted at least 60 other large boats, all packed. Despite being in a national park, there was no effort to protect the environment. We saw people standing on coral, dropping rubbish, and trashing the area, with no crew intervention. Food was very salty, drinks were cheap sodas in tiny cups, and lunch was hours late. I had to ask for food, which I wasn’t allowed to eat outside so others wouldn’t see — extremely awkward. Later, we were given seafood “as compensation,” with no real explanation. Overall, this tour felt chaotic, careless, and damaging — to guests and nature alike. Would not recommend
