Ultimate desert experience lived up to it's name - Wow what an amazing experience from start to finish . Our tour guide was called Charlie he was very attentive to our family. The quads were brilliant. The camels where a brilliant experience. Then we headed for a show and a traditional Bedouin dinner. Then driving home in the desert in the dark is an experience I will never forget . An absolute bargain of a price £100 for four of us and filled most of our day up . Thank you so much falcon tours . We can't wait to come back to sharm and experience another of your amazing excursions.

Amazing!!! - We did 5 excursions with Falcon Adventure (Ultimate Desert Experience, Cairo by Air, Dolphin Swim and Show, Private Speedboat and Semi - Submarine), and all were amazing. From start to finish everything was so easy. All information was sent, no hard sell, every question I had was answered, booking and paying with no problems. The day before each trip, I received a message with all the details and information needed, a follow up message was sent the day after checking that everything went well. All of the staff, drivers and guides were so friendly and professional. We learnt so much and had the best time. We will be returning to Egypt and will not hesitate to use Falcon Adventure for our excursions, they absolutely made our holiday and gave us some wonderful memories. Thank you!!

Brilliant trip with a fab team! - Falcon were brilliant from the first enquiry message I sent, replied almost instantly and helped me make the decision on the trip that was going to be best for us. They are cheap, reliable, friendly and prompt! A faultless team! What more could you want! Wouldn’t hesitate to book anything else with them when we return. The excursion itself was brilliant, the buggy was great fun and we felt safe at all times!

Family holiday. - Amazing and very reliable company for all your trips. We done the quad, camel riding and night show which was an outstanding experience. Our tour guide Teto ( tadres) was very reliable keeping us all entertained throughout the trip. We also done the city tour with our tour guide Teto again, which happened to be only our family on the trip. This was a very good trip we laughed non stop with Teto and even ended up in an ice bar in Soho which the guide hadn't experienced his self before an amazing experience for all. HIGHLY recommend for all your trips in Egypt.

A Word of Caution: An Overly Commercialized Desert Excursion with Hidden Pitfalls - Having read many reviews before booking this desert excursion, I was surprised to find a significant lack of detail regarding several major downsides that, had I known, would have made me seriously reconsider this trip. I hope this review sheds light on what to truly expect. Disorganized Start & Lack of Clear Guidance Upon arrival at the compound, the initial experience was chaotic. There was no clear indication of who our tour guide was. We were met by numerous men, all vying for our attention and directing us in different directions. Without uniforms or any form of identification, it was impossible to discern who to follow. Furthermore, no one checked my name or confirmed the presence of my three children, contributing to a feeling of disorganization and a 'free-for-all' atmosphere. Quad Biking: Not the Serene Experience Pictured The promotional photos suggest a small, intimate group traversing the dunes. While our group did consist of about 20 quad bikes in a line, we were constantly crisscrossing with hundreds of other quad bikes and buggies. If you are a nervous driver, I strongly advise against this part of the excursion; the sheer volume of vehicles can be overwhelming. "Echo Temple" - A Disturbing Encounter with Child Beggars Our first stop was a location referred to as 'Echo Temple'. As soon as we arrived, we were unfortunately ambushed by a large group of child beggars. I naively purchased a bracelet for my children from a young girl, which led to her persistently hounding us, attracting a swarm of other children. When my son took off his scarf, a child offered to re-tie it, for which I reluctantly paid. Immediately, another young girl ran to my other son, abruptly pulled his scarf off his head, and attempted to solicit payment to re-tie it. I had to loudly tell them off and usher my children back into the buggy. The child beggars even followed, attempting to put their hands into my bag to steal my wallet. Our ‘tour guide’ only intervened after I aggressively called for his help. It's perplexing to me, especially considering this trip supposedly takes place on a reserve with a security checkpoint, and children are employed elsewhere in the experience, leading me to question if there's an unspoken connection between these child beggars and the tour company. This deeply unsettling encounter left my eldest son visibly shaken, requiring my wife to comfort him to sleep later that night. Camel Ride: Brief, Crowded, and Confusing Sales Tactics The next stop was the camel ride. We were taken to another compound, where parking was a significant challenge due to the 60-70 other quad bikes and buggies crammed together. It's crucial to remember your parking spot! Once seated in a designated area, drinks were offered. This is where the confusion about inclusions began. It was incredibly difficult to discern what was part of the experience and what was an additional cost. I accepted bottled water, only to be charged for it later. Conversely, I declined coffee, believing it was an extra, only to be informed it was free. All of these transactions were handled by child vendors, adding to the perplexing and frustrating nature of the situation. I highly recommend doing your homework on what's included before you go. The camel ride itself lasted only about six minutes. Due to the high volume of guests, it's a quick turnaround, so do not expect a leisurely journey across dunes. Guests are paired up two at a time; if you have an odd number in your party, be prepared to share a camel with a stranger. Entertainment Complex: A Constant Barrage of Upsells The final leg of the excursion led us to an outdoor entertainment complex. Upon entry, we were offered another bottle of water. Still wary of hidden costs, I refused, only to discover later that it was indeed free. Once seated, a staff member approached, stating, "we will soon be bringing out your food but first I’ll be taking your drink order, we have fruit juice… etc." This felt like the beginning of a paid meal. Again, I was caught out! He claimed I owed E£700, yet the price list (which I had to specifically request) totaled E£600. Throughout the evening, our experience was constantly interrupted by vendors approaching our table. With a friendly demeanor, they would engage our children by asking their names, only to then aggressively push add-ons like more drinks, shisha, fire writing, and popcorn. I lost count of the number of times our evening was disrupted by someone trying to sell us something. I had decided to utilize the photographer, anticipating that taking good pictures while on a buggy and camel would be difficult. I was prepared to pay the premium. However, after payment, the photographer then pestered me for a tip, claiming the initial payment was for his boss. To add to the frustration, after receiving the printed picture I paid for, I was then presented with another photo I hadn't requested and pressured to pay for it. (Which I didn’t) The entertainment itself was merely "okay." The snake charmer was impressive, but the rest of the performances were comparable to, or even less engaging than, typical hotel entertainment. Conclusion: A Stressful, Overly Commercialized Experience Our excursion was made significantly more difficult by having children with us, as the vendors specifically targeted them. Before you could even say "no," the children had often already accepted something, making it incredibly challenging to argue with vendors speaking broken English. In summary, the entire experience felt like a constant battle against relentless up-selling. Not once did I feel relaxed. It was a chaotic, a calculated type of chaos designed to confuse guests and coerce them into parting with more money. We felt like cattle, herded from one location to the next where more money could be extracted. I absolutely would not recommend this trip to anyone with children; my kids were genuinely terrified, particularly by the child beggars. This was an incredibly stressful experience that I would not wish to repeat. TL;DR: Disorganized start with unclear guides. Quad biking is crowded with hundreds of other vehicles. Disturbing encounters with aggressive child beggars who try to steal. Confusing payment system for drinks and services, with child vendors. Camel ride is very short (6 mins) and crowded. Entertainment complex is a constant barrage of aggressive up-selling and pressure from vendors. Photographers demand tips after payment. Overall, a highly stressful, chaotic, and overly commercialized experience, especially difficult and frightening for families with children. Avoid if you want to relax or are traveling with kids.
