Most memorable trip, ever! - This trip is truly unforgettable, and everyone should experience the beauty of this place! Our driver and tour guide, Dale, was wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment we hopped off the coach, we learned so much about Tasmania, its various regions, and the highlights of Cradle Mountain, including the fascinating story of Gustav and Kate. Setting foot there, witnessing the beauty, and learning its history was surreal. The tour was perfect for me. Unfortunately, we didn't get a clear view of Cradle Mountain due to thick clouds on the day we visited. While it's something I really wanted to see, we can't control the weather. If you're planning a visit and want to catch a glimpse of it, check the weather forecast or consider visiting in the spring. I highly recommend this trip! And oh, I got engaged that day at Dove Lake!

Tour driver makes for a most enjoyable day out - There were several highlights during the trip, including the variety of landscapes, the small towns each with their different artistic emphases, the quality of the facilities at Cradle Mountain, and the cheese factory visit. The overall highlight was the quality of the commentary and oversight of the tour driver. His well-paced, informative and sensitive delivery, with some dry humour and an in-depth story of an early settler in the area, made for a most worthwhile trip.

All ages and abilities will love this tour! - Amazing tour guides, very knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the trip. I recommend this to any ages and abilities, the tour itself is not tons of walking and is more learning about tasmania itself.

Excellent day and great tour guide - Dale is an excellent driver and a funny and passionate tour guide. He shared lots of information throughout the day and even told us some jokes. We were lucky as the weather was just beautiful. We were able to have an unonstructed view of the cradle mountain. Dale says it's only possible 60 days out of 365 days. I guess we got lucky. Yayy. You could see Dale is incredibly passionate with the way he was talking about the history and Gustav and Kate's story. Give this man, Dale, a medal and a raise. He's amazing and made this a great tour. He's also a safe and responsible driver which everyone really appreciated. Lunch was included in the tour which was good. Lunch was a wrap, 2 pieces of bread, and a fruit. It was really good. The tour was well planned and executed. Thanks for an awesome day.

To do in Tasmania! - Great tour! 1h30 at the lake to go see two lookouts and have lunch! We had the chances to see wombats as well!

Lovely day to cradle mountain - The best trip! Driver was funny and friendly, and explained the differences in the two walks so we could make informed decisions about the experience we wanted. The day was beautiful, and cradle mountain was spectacular. Then we got to do a boardwalk walk to see some wombats in their natural habitat! Lovely little stop on the way home for the ice cream topped it off nicely 🥰

Cradle Mountain - Day tour - The Good David (the person who drove our bus) was amazing. He gave us beautiful description of every place, was very courteous and was great to interact with. I hope I got his name right. If you are visiting for the first time (like I was), this was a great tour to do. They cover most of the key sites to see and overall, it's a good experience. Food was good. The Not-So-Good. I think the tour needs to include at least 2 more walks and more time in cradle mountain part of the tour. To spend just an hour at 1 place and another 30-40 mins at the forest walk in a 10-hour trip that is to show cradle mountain makes you want more from the tour. It would be good to add 2 more walks and include a guide who can take us through the walk. The Murals at Sheffield is very good, but again like the cradle mountain leg, there is just half hour available and given breakfast is also at that time, it's impossible to see the murals properly. The tour needs to better organise things in terms of the content and focus on giving more time in Cradle Mountain leg of the tour. Too less time on key things and a constant rush to go to the next place, makes it difficult.

Unreliable Service and Poor Communication - The agency never picked me up and didn’t even bother to contact me. After waiting 40 minutes for nothing, I had to request a cancellation through the app. It wasn’t until two hours later that the agency finally reached out.
