- Meiji Jingu Nino Torii - As you walk, you’ll pass through one of Japan’s largest wooden torii gates, crafted from ancient cypress sourced from Taiwan. Its grandeur, history, and quiet strength make a lasting impression.
- Meiji Shrine Imperial Garden - Within the shrine grounds lies a tranquil garden once cherished by the Emperor and Empress. Visitors can wander through seasonal blooms, admire the renowned iris field in early summer, and visit Kiyomasa’s Well, a serene spring known as a spiritual power spot.

NONO is a YESYES! - Please if you have the pleasure of going on this tour in Japan request, Nonoka. She is kind, knowledgeable, and has a passion for her culture as well as the English Language. So happy to turn my tour guide into a bestie overseas!

Great tour with a great guide! - We had a wonderful tour with Keiko! She was so sweet, educational, and informative! Since it was our first time going to a Shinto shrine, Keiko was super helpful in teaching us the etiquette and the Japanese traditions when going and approaching a shrine. Great time and a great tour!

Meiji Shingu - Had a great walking tour at the Meiji Shingu shrine with Nono-chan! She was very knowledgeable about the shrine and the history of Emperor Meiji - as well as about how Shinto beliefs work. Great group and tour guide!!

Highly recommended tour - Nonoka was amazing!! Highly recommend this tour if you want a very chill overview of Meiji Shrine. Took about 2 hours which is plenty of time to get a background. She also gave us some history of Japan.

Two hours fly by - Nanami is a really nice and open-minded tour guide. It tells the story of the shrine very vividly and the tour is very entertaining.

5 star experience! - Nana was fabulous and so knowledgeable on our Meiji Shrine tour. We were very happy. The tour was a good pace and the gardens are an absolute must see!

We had such an amazing... - We had such an amazing time exploring and learning about Meiji shrine from our guide Nanami. We could not believe how much she knew about the shrine and its history even at such a young age. From its creation to the flowers that bloom in the garden, she explained every detail and was easy to talk to when we had questions. She even showed us how to pay respects at the gates and at the shrine itself. 10/10 tour, would definitely go with Nanami again!

Historic, Exciting, Memorable - The tour was great. Got to really appreciate where we were with Nana's help. Had a lot of great experiences, and saw a wedding as well (this is was by chance though). 10/10

Wonderful tour with Nanami - The shrine was beautiful, it wasn’t too crowded, and our guide was so knowledgeable. Nanami took the time to let us ask many questions and educated us about Japanese spiritual and religious traditions. We were her only guests today, so we were able to get her full attention. I highly recommend this tour and Nanami for anyone who is curious about Japanese shrines and spiritual traditions!
