• We recommend checking the weather forecast independently in advance, as any changes or cancellations will follow our policy. Please note that visibility of Mt. Fuji may not be guaranteed, depending on the weather conditions.
• Please understand that depending on the number of participants, commentary may be provided in both English & Chinese on the same bus.
• Infants under 3 yrs old are free without seat. If a seat is required, pls book w/ child’s price.
• The tour may be canceled/rescheduled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
• Please arrive on time at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival/ arrival at the wrong location will miss the tour, & refund won’t be issued. If you’d like to change your meeting point/unsure about the meeting point, please notify us at least 2 days before departure for assistance.
• Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays/wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
• Please check the photo in the product page & scan the correct QR code of your chosen meeting point. Be present at the right location 15~10 minutes before the stated departure time to ensure a timely departure
