Wonderful day with Karina! - Karina did a great job. She was efficient, knowledgable but most importantly, extremely enjoyable to spend a day with. We had a great day in Kamakura and Enoshima thanks to Karina.

A Great Personal Experience - I went on this day tour with Jeff. It was just him and I on this tour, so it felt more like being shown around by a friend. I had a great experience with him. He was a fount of knowledge about the history and background of all the sites we visited. He also had good recommendations on things to try to enhance the experience and helped with finding places I could eat for lunch (I am vegetarian). Would definitely recommend going on this tour with Snow Monkey Resorts for anyone interested in seeing Kamakura and Enoshima.

Taiga the Great - Meet up was at 8 am and we were beyond late, but they were so accommodating and responsive. Family of 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. It was a hectic and chaotic time for us and Taiga, our tour guide, was phenomenal! The tour felt so tailored to us and personalized down to the last detail. He did such an amazing job calming my baby too and putting this stressed mama at ease. He navigated the public transport with all 6 of us in tow like a true boss. Not to mention helping us rent a stroller for our toddler. If I could request all my tours to be led by Taiga, I know it would be a great time. I will definitely lookout for Snow Monkey Resorts Tours again because of him. Like, literally, give this man a raise because we had an absolutely amazing time with him on this tour!

Jeff is the best! - The beginning of the trip was a little rough trying to navigate to the meet up point, but it all worked out that the group waited for us to find our way. Jeff was our tour guide & he was so knowledgeable, very kind & gave a really great tour even with 15 of us following him around the city! He was able to navigate the weather & rearrange the itinerary to allow us to see things at the best time. 10/10 would go on another tour with Jeff!

Amazing day trip Tokyo-Kamakura - We had the most incredible day exploring Kamakura and Enoshima, all thanks to our amazing guide, Jeff. From the moment we met, he felt more like a friend than a tour guide—warm, genuine, and so easy to talk to. His knowledge was truly impressive. He brought every temple, street, and hidden corner to life with fascinating stories and insights we would have never discovered on our own. The way he explained the history and culture made everything feel so meaningful and memorable. The entire experience was seamless, relaxed, and perfectly tailored. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we enjoyed every moment—from the peaceful temples of Kamakura to the stunning views of Enoshima Island. This was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a guide who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly passionate about what he does, we couldn’t recommend him more highly! 🌸 Christo & Didi (Australia)

Kamakura and Enushima day trip - Jeff is an amazing tour guide. He matched our walking pace and managed the group really well the whole day. He explained the history of each stop and was friendly. He suggested great spots for photos and lunch options. I’d love to book more tours.

Worth the Money you pay - I really enjoyed this day trip. I was the only person on the tour and my guide Jeff was really professional, easy to talk to and made the trip enjoyable. I found using public transport refresing and did not have any issues using it. Trains times aligned perfectly and we managed to get seats on all trains. The trip had a nice balance heritage and culture with Jeff providing a well balanced historic account sites we visited. The day did not feel rushed and had a nice tempo to it. I enjoyed the bamboo forest as it wasn't over crowed and you could exsperience the atmosphere with out other tourists bothering you. I also didnt mind the walking between sites allowed time for conversations to be had regarding what we had seen, going to see. We managed to cover over 20,000 syeps during the trip. There are plenty of restraunts in the town and Jeff had detailed knowlage of the good places to go and left the choice to my self. The views from the island are worth the walk. If I had the opportunity I would do the tour again.
