Search fuji weather in advance and you'll have a great time - This was our second time visiting this trip we had LANER as our tour guide and she was AMAZING!!! This time we searched the Fuji weather and visibility and planned ahead. It's really important to do this since it will make or break the experience. We saw Fuji finally and had an awesome tour guide. Our tour guide LANER was very confident and explained a lot about fuji. Showing where locals go. The best spots. How it looks in different weather. We learnt a lot and know when to see it next time as well. Great lunch and we even managed to see the spring festival a very nice bonus. Gorgeous flowers. The first time we booked this we were disappointed (partly due to the weather and other half was our first tour guide - NOT LANER). But this time we were blown away. Really good value for money. Thanks again LANER. Really improved our experience! We had an amazing time.

Great day trip - Had a wonderful experience touring Fuji today with Guo! We got very lucky with perfect weather, but Guo's helpful information and great energy really was the cherry on top - we can't recommend a tour with him enough.

The ride is not great but the views are fantastic - The listing does not say that the transportation is via carpooling. We were in a rather old van with seats that could not give anyone over 5 ft. 8 in. reasonable legroom. The ride was not comfortable. Also, the guide gave us no information (history, culture, etc.) about Mount Fuji or the surrounding area. He was, however, helpful with taking photos.

Really depends on tour guide - This is the first time we went here. The weather was really bad and the tour fully depends on this. I recommend checking mount fuji weather but also VISIBILITY on google to PLAN AHEAD. Our tour guide was nova. She was okay but very quiet. One that really upset us when we visited the onsen. You can choose between onsen or a park. We chose the onsen. My partner has small tattoos but nova advised us its okay as we can purchase stickers there and cover up and we can walk in. When we got there the onsen said No. My partner had to wait outside whilst it was raining heavily too because the bus left. It was such a kick in the teeth after she assured us it was fine. With the bad weather (not their fault) its understandable. But not knowing the full rules of place we're visiting and then leaving is really bad.

AVOID THIS TOUR AT ALL COSTS! - I cannot stress this enough—skip this tour! The positive reviews are clearly a result of the guide begging for them at the end of the trip, which is the only way this agency could possibly have high ratings. Now, let me walk you through this disaster of an experience. The meeting point was set for 7:45 AM, with precise instructions on where to find the guide and what their flag would look like. Sounds simple, right? Wrong. Upon arrival, we were met with over 20 different Chinese tour guides, all holding the same flag, leading completely different tours. The scene was pure chaos—confused tourists wandering around, unable to find their guide, and when we tried asking for help, the guides were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and outright hostile. They turned their backs on us and literally ran away rather than helping. Everyone around us was just as shocked and appalled by this behavior. After much struggle, we forced one of them to tell us our guide’s name. Enter Kai, our supposed leader, who was already visibly irritated before the tour even started. He immediately yelled at everyone, rushing us onto the bus like we were schoolchildren. The first thing he announced? “There will be no lunch stop.” Apparently, lunch no longer fit into their schedule, so we were told to just grab snacks from convenience stores. Things only got worse from there. At every stop, we were rushed, and when someone was just five minutes late, Kai made a huge scene, threatening to leave people behind instead of waiting. But the worst part? The entire reason for this tour—Mount Fuji—wasn’t even visible. Instead of rescheduling or canceling the tour and refunding our money, we were simply told, “You won’t see Mount Fuji today.” That’s it. No apology, no compensation—just a complete waste of time and money. The actual “stops” on this tour were just parking lots. There was nothing to see, just dull, overcrowded tourist traps with no interesting shops, no cultural experiences—absolutely nothing of value. The photos on the booking site? Heavily photoshopped and completely misleading. To top it all off, at the end of the trip, our rude and condescending guide suddenly switched to begging for positive reviews. No shame whatsoever. This company does not deserve good ratings and should be avoided at all costs. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable tour company—or better yet, plan your own trip. This was an absolute scam.
