- Please arrive 10 minutes before departure at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will result in missing the tour, & refunds won’t be issued. If you’d like to change your meeting point or are unsure about the meeting point, pls notify us at least 2 days before departure for assistance.
- In case of late arrival/arrival at wrong location, regardless of contact prior to departure time, refunds will not be granted.

- When the bus is delayed for unexpected situations such as traffic jams, please note that time at sightseeing spots will be adjusted.
- To return we will use the Shinkansen from Odawara Station to either Shinagawa Station or Tokyo Station.
- If the Mount Fuji Fifth Station is closed, we will visit the Mount Fuji Heritage Center as an alternative.
- We can pass from the end of April to November in general, but days when we cannot pass because of the snow or icy roads increases in the winter season (from December to the beginning of April). Thank you for your understanding.
- You may not see Mount Fuji depending on the weather.
- When the cruise and cable car cannot be boarded due to road congestion or other circumstances, we will visit other sightseeing spots depending on the day, but cannot offer refunds.
- The Shinkansen cannot store big luggage: more than 160 cm combined length, width, height.
