  This shrine is dedicated to Tokugawa Ieyasu, the first shogun of the Edo Shogunate, and is one of Japan’s most renowned historical and cultural landmarks. Alongside Futarasan Shrine and Rinnoji Temple, it is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as “Shrines and Temples of Nikko.”
  The shrine complex consists of approximately 55 buildings, including 8 National Treasures and 34 Important Cultural Properties. Notable features include:

  This picturesque mountain road, recognized as one of Japan’s “Top 100 Roads,” links Nikko City to Lake Chuzenji and Oku-Nikko. It stretches 15.8 km and features 48 sharp turns. Particularly breathtaking in autumn, it provides stunning panoramic views of vibrant fall foliage. From the Akechidaira Ropeway, visitors can also enjoy views of Kegon Falls and Lake Chuzenji.
• Lake Chuzenji - 15:00 – Lake Chuzenji
  As Japan’s highest natural lake, Lake Chuzenji offers magnificent scenery throughout the year—spring azaleas, lush summer greenery, fiery autumn leaves, and tranquil winter snow. The spring blossoms and autumn foliage are especially renowned, drawing photographers from all over Japan.

  Recognized as one of Japan’s “Three Great Waterfalls,” it is a major highlight in Nikko National Park. Water from Lake Chuzenji flows into the Daiya River, plunging 99 meters in a dramatic cascade. The jutting rock face creates 12 smaller side waterfalls, enhancing the scene’s beauty. The red leaves of autumn make it an especially picturesque location.

• From November to December, the meeting time will be 1 hour earlier on weekends. The tour bus departs from Tokyo Station at 7 o’clock and from Shinjuku Station at 7:30.(Advanced 1 hour)

• This is a shared group tour with guests from various countries. The guide will provide explanations in multiple languages.
• Please be advised that the vehicle arrangement will be based on the number of participants on the day of departure, ranging from the smallest 10-seat Hiace to the largest 45-seat tourist bus.
• If the participants less than 13 person, the tour guide will also service as the driver
